You shoulnd't because we asked the same question to EE, as we have a Caravan with Wifi.
We thought the other half could use the eSIM while we stick her card into the router, turns out you can't
Or so we were told from EE.
No, they terminate the SIM once eSIM is active.
Yup. Learnt that lesson the hard way when they were sending out barcodes when they first started offering esims.

If you enjoy the process of setting up from scratch, there is no real harm. I just cannot be bothered downloading all my apps and setting up my home pages again. I think I am getting too old for all that, haha. I just want to be able to get my new phone and use it as I would want ASAP.
The one thing I do tend to do on a new phone is reset the location settings. I have found a strange bug on occasion when getting a new phone where apps like Uber seem to be off slightly. Two years ago when I got my 15 pro max I was trying to book an Uber and wasn't paying attention to the map, as I just assumed it was using the correct location. The drivers kept cancelling and I couldn't figure it out. Then I noticed on the screen that the map had me streets away from where I actually was standing. I have also noticed when using Maps plugged into my car, I would be driving down the road and all of a sudden the dot would be flying across the map showing me in different places along the road. Once I reset the location settings, all those issues went away. So that will probably be the one thing that I will fully reset and have to deal with on each app.

if you havent then just keep moving saved order into basket and then save again. It will extend saved order to 14 days but you risk of them refusing to honour the price.
It's the first year my wife is joining in with launch day excitement getting the Air.
Normally she has the iPhone I'm replacing and we either give hers to our daughter or sell/recycle. Though she did really like my XS Max when it came so I surprised her with one a few weeks later.
At least I'll recoup the cost of one of our phones by recycling two phones this year. Yay, lol.

Must have selected the wrong pickup date in all the excitement.

I'm pretty sure you have about 5-7 days to pick the phone up, it's really just a reservation
So you have time to arrive at Apple, unless of course you wanted the pick up on the day of release.
Just cancelled my 17 PM 256GB Silver order. Currently using an S25 Plus which I've dropped before due to the size and the PM phones are even bigger. Had several Pro phones before last being the 15 Pro and never really used the cameras enough to justify the price difference. A big reason for my buying the Pro's was the 120Hz display but the base 17 has it this year.

I've been rolling a price for my IP16 PM forwards for about 2 months with them (save for later, go back 10 days later and save again etc etc) . Very pleasantly surprised when I checked it out yesterday, and it honoured the 2 month old value (which is higher than todays price)
I’m still debating whether to cancel my pro max order. I normally get the max but all the improvements on the 17 and now the thinner/lighter Air has me wondering if I really need a max. Coming from a 15PM I think the 17PM is slightly bigger. If they still did the Plus model now the 17 has pro motion and AOD then it would be ideal for me. Ummm dilemmas…
There have been cases where they have refused to honour the price once they received the order. On website order price remains the same.

Is anyone attempting to sign up for the iUP on Friday in store and hoping they have some reserved stock? Gutted I'm unable to reserve and pickup like previous years.
