UK iPod Rebate Fiasco

I sent both rebates (ipod and printer) in one envelope 2 weeks ago or so.
I got my iPod rebate back few days ago. Now I got an email saying I need to send my rebate in etc.

How much longer will I need to wait for the printer rebate?

My status for the printer says:
Thank you. Your record has been located. Details below:-

Your claim has been received on 05.11.08. Please remember to send in the supporting documents detailed on your claim form.
 
My rebate still says that i need to send supporting docs, its been nearly 5 weeks since i sent in the docs.

really rather concerned.
 
Ok, apple sent all my rebate docs back to my house, saying i had not put enough stamps on it; the only problem is, they sent it back 1.5 weeks ago, meaning when it was resent to apple it was already past the 31st Deadline...

A little update,

My rebates FINALLY showed up as processing on the apple status site on thursday, what a stressful few months!

any ideas how long it will be before i get my money? (i requested payment by bank transfer rather than cheque)
