UK New iPad Thread.

Midnight

Anyone else holding out for midnight then calling it a day or night as the case may be?
 
Absolutely ridiculous...its literally been down for several hours now.

And its not the "i'm trying to reinitialise servers" down, its just straight up "U want iPad?...well Fack Off!" down.

I'm getting sleepy and i have this weird feeling the store will come back around like 3-4 AM just to spite the europeans.

EDIT: Its back up thankfully.

At least the post it note is now loading ultra fast. Seems like most people who have been hammering the store have gone to bed now. I just hope the person who decides if it's up or not hasn't also gone to bed.
 
about 8 i got all the way to the accessories stage then it died :(
called apple i was told pre orders at 8am but i dont believe them so im in this for the long run :apple::apple::apple:

:D I'm only five foot three and it's a (taller) bloke's sweater so yeah ..., it covers more than my chihuahua. ;)

As helpful as your post is, the bitter irony in the fact we can't actually access the store, makes me think that if we were all in a room right now and you said that, we'd all groan and throw empty cans of coke and empty crisp packets at you ;)
