UK New iPad Thread.

Wow. So slow.

PLEASE don't let me get stuck without a pre-order. Aarrrggghhh :mad:
 
I have just opened my sealed tin for my first ipad and I have raised £547 pounds so thinking of adding few extra myself to get 64gb 3/4g model
 
I managed to get to the page for selecting the model I want to pre-order but now none of that is even working.
 
Managed to get the front page of the store up, but it just isn't having it when i click to go to the iPad page.

White makes the screen look better, as there will be a better contrast between the white of the frame with the blacks of the screen. Only downside is white looks tacky, and it seems to be the "in" thing with teenagers/chavs these days.

Black looks more professional and original, but the screen wont seem as good because the blacks on screen wont be as black as the frame. The only company that avoids this currently is Samsung with their brilliant amoled screens.

Plus if you have a Macbook/iMac, the black one will match it perfectly :)
 
A multi billion dollar company cant handle a heavy load of traffic to there website, what a joke.

Been trying to order but stuck on getting to the next page for over 10 mins now.
 
Every single year this is always a cluster ****. You'd of thought they learn.
 
I got it added to the basket and went to checkout and they closed the store again!

FU APPUL!
