Yeah I got that too. She also said it was starting at 8am online too. Which seems to be BS.....
Why bother phoning? There systems are connected up so they will have the same problems as we have and they may well tell you its not until tomorrow to get rid of you as they don't care if you get an iPad 3 on launch day.
So keep refreshing the site and hope you and I and all of us place an order before launch day stock is gone...

Tens of thousands of others Britons trying to order the device. Many of us have sold our iPad 2's and want to get the new iPad as soon as possible.
Once doesn't want to end up having to wait 4-5 weeks to receive one and thus getting an order in ASAP is key to getting one from the first batch.
On the preorder page it says that you can preorder for delivery on the 16th.
Does my memory serve me correctly with regards to last year where you could only order on the day of release? I'm sure that this was why decided to queue so that I would definitely get it on day of release.
