I wouldn't worry too much. Mine said exactly the same until about an hour ago. If you've been given a delivery date of tomorrow, UPS should update once they receive it from Syncreon.

You would have had to order by 7pm in order to have anything available by 2pm.

Don't worry about this it simply means that it has been handed over to the main delivery company. If your tracking number begins with an 8 it will be delivered by UK Mail.
You need to go to their website!!! So on UK mail my is showing 'Collected' which means UK Mail has collected and now needs to 'Deliver' to me...

Syncreon has an odd way of displaying their tracking info. They always seem to have their Hinckley base up at the top of the list along with the current time.
They did this with a previous delivery of mine and I phoned them up about why my computer had returned to Hinckley from Glasgow, the girl on the phone didn't have a clue what I was talking about and was about as much help as a chocolate hammer. I ended up phoning Apple about the delivery and they explained Syncreon's shipping information to me.

Many thanks. Yes, I'd already checked on UK Mail's site and seen that mine's set to delivered too. A kind lady at UK Mail has told me the details of the local delivery centre that's dealing with it so that I can head there tomorrow evening if for some reason I miss the delivery guy tomorrow. That will be better than having to wait until Monday.
arrrggggh, UPS has finally updated and my ipad is in Eindhoven with predicted delivery by the end of Monday 19th - ngggggggggggggggggggggggg
Does anyone know if TNT eventually give you a detailed time of when to expect your delivery, or is the status simply 'out for delivery' all day and you dont know what time it will arrive at?

I feel this is a real rookie question but this is the first time I haven't pre-ordered a apple product I was after so Im hoping to instead get it in-store.
Does anyone know what chances are of picking one up at a apple store tomorrow afternoon? Im guessing stock will be very limited so will it be only people who have pre-ordered or can anyone grab one?
