Raginggg, nearly got to order on the iOS app but then it crashed and now, no luck at all. Loads of other stores around the world are up!

Mine locked up on the final screen (went white) but I have a confirmation email now.

Other stores are indeed up. I'm not sure there's any mileage in the 8am opening time rumour. After all, what else could the telesales staff say?

If I were Apple at this point with struggling servers, I'd switch off most countries and stagger the preorder availability.. switching the UK on maybe six hours from now...

What happened with the iPad 1 and iPad 2? I was in those threads but I can't remember what the pre-order window was...

Mine went white as well right after I tapped checkout, didnt enter any card details though so I doubt it ordered?

When I was in the store I saw all the networks there with SIMs available. Seemed odd to me, I suppose they were just normal 3G/HSUPA services.

You can't even configure on the US site then switch to the uk for checkout.
