still on processing items, ordered it on the 12th of june, at like 8 or 9 am. its frustrating, as i ordered the base model with a superdrive and applecare. (and i get a student voucher) apparently apple won't send out anything until everything is available, but the order hasn't progressed at all.. its estimating delivery on or between the 17th-23rd of july. i'm getting bored now.

Finally a tracking number from UPS.
Looks like its going to be tomorrow as it was only created this morning.
May give them a ring as I'm travelling near the depot

Still stuck in customs...
My customs info wasn't updated until several hours after it actually cleared. There is still hope!
according to ups there are 2 packages... y couldn't they ship these separately so i could get my mbp a few days earlier.
Great that you have your UPS details too. Did you just receive them or was it first thing this morning?
just got back from work and was checking my order status (as usual) and noticed UPS as the carrier and a new tracking number =)
Wasn't yours on the same flight as mine? Arrived FRA Thurs evening and LHR Sat morning?
Mine still says "not cleared for import" but as someone said above, it can take a few hours to update.
mine was at FRA on Thurs morning (i think) and was at LHR by Friday and cleared customs the same day. I'm guessing urs is delayed because it was a weekend?

Good luck! You might not find out whether it is delivered to the merger centre until tonight though... the tracking for me for delivery there didn't update until half a day until it actually arrived.

I don't think it means it will go straight to me... I assume they all go to Hinckley? (though that would be great if it did). I ordered as a student so I have a gift card and AppleCare which needs to be added.
It's my understanding that they only go via Hinckley if they have to be merged with other items. Not sure if AC and the Gift Card are classed as other "items"
