expo only tracks up to the merge centre at Hinckley. "Customer" on expo is Apple/Syncreon . Once it gets to Hinckley it shows as delivered. After that you have to use the Shipment Status page on the Apple site.
 
Just received delivery notification email from UPS. Will have rMBP in my hand in < 10mins!

The waiting is over!

If it's been to Kazakhstan, then it's probably on Lufthansa. Is it on flight LH8401? If so, it's going to Frankfurt, then on to London by truck

LH8401 is a freighter and flies daily. I suspect most flights Shanghai to London are passenger so limited flights and cargo space.
 
So you guys are finally receiving your RMBP's after ordering on launch day. I really wanna order one but will have to wait till their stock is back to full strength. I'd be paying on my credit card and would wanna take full advantage of the 0% on it. I don't wanna waste a month waiting for it to turn up.

Anyone ordered or received their custom full spec orders yet?
 
It's so weird starting up a Mac and not hearing ANYTHING... no hard drive noise, no optical drive startup sound...

From an economics point of view, having the route that way round makes no sense, but nearly every delivery company does it.
