I ordered on September 9th, had a shipped email today, looks like it's a Week 38.
When I track the parcel on TNT's website, it says "Status: Please Call" - should I be worried?
Edit: Never mind, I gave them a quick call. Apparently all it means is if you want more information about its current status, give them a call! never hurts to make sure, though!
On the tracking page where it says "Was your consignment sent from or to a location outside of the United Kingdom?" you need to choose Yes.
