Mine was shipped May 22nd via TNT UK. I've got an 8022xxxxx tracking number which displays an old delivery (Athens) at the moment. Sounds like everyone's is updating now so I'm going to keep an eye on it and reply if I get anything!
Try using your delivery id provided in the original shipping email. I found that now works on the TNT UK site.
Yeah I tried my 811xxx number as the "reference" radio button on both the National and International tabs...not found comes up!
I pre-ordered quite early (10 May 01:04 AM BST) so that might explain the 8022xxx number

My 8023xxxxx number has now changed from showing a Greek delivery to showing both a Greek delivery and a currently dormant UK delivery to London.

My widget now shows both deliveries, if I click on the digit that has appeared next to it, where previously there wasn't one. Awesomez.
I'm in the same boat (or plane) as you. I spoke to TNT this morning. The very nice lady told me that they are on the way to the uk now and will arrive later today. She assured me that they would be delivered on or before Friday and told me I was welcome to call every day if I wanted to.
Are the people whose iPads left last Friday but then got stuck for a while due to a holiday still seeing their ipads with Hong Kong as the last thing on the status tracker? Because thats the state of mine at the moment, and I know mine was travelling with a few other people on this threads ipads earlier in the journey, just want to compare notes!
TNT UK here (says the US Apple store). I have two numbers8022xxxxx (number from US store) or 8115xxxxxx (from my UK shipping email).
Neither of these work, whether used as consignment or reference numbers, on the TNT site, whether by national or international tracking. I either get an error, or the big orange exclamation mark with "Not found".
I assume I'm not the only one? Has anybody who WAS getting these errors now got functional TNT tracking?
