Your requested new iPhone 3G is currently out of stock. This is the reason your order wasn't processed. You'll receive an email confirming the status of your order, as soon as your order is processed. You'll receive your iPhone within three to five days after your order is processed.
When your order is processed, the delivery of your order can be tracked using our delivery agent's (DHL) website. Please click on the following link:

Then click on the 'Consignment' tab. Please enter your consignment number (on-001323XXX) and then click on 'Submit'. You'll need to click on the consignment number again to view the current position of your parcel. If you want to see the history of your parcel, please click on the parcel number.
If you want to speak to DHL about your delivery, please contact them on 08702 400 012. They're available Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 6:00pm. Calls to this number are charged at your telephone provider's published rates.
You can also check the order details online by signing into your account and following anyone of the steps below:
a) Sign into
www.o2.co.uk
b) Sign in using your Username and password by clicking on 'Sign In' on the left hand of the screen.
c) Click on 'View my bill'.
d) Click on 'View my orders'.
e) Under the 'My Orders', you'll be able to view the recent order details on your account.
f) By clicking on 'Click here to view previous orders', you can view the earlier order details on your account.
