How do you erase?Yes. I erased The new phone & started over, and it worked the 2nd time. I’m on t-mo.
Same. Visible was great. Even though I was a silly goose and didn't transfer my eSIM before wiping my old phone for trade in. Chat got me back up and running in under 10 minutes with a new QR code.On the other side, my prepaid number transferred over smoothly. That is bonkers that a year later this is still an issue.

I haven’t gone back to do this, yet, but while I was searching for a solution, a support article indicated that the eSIM transfer process can be initiated independently of the new device setup process. It worked for me. The only confusing thing was at the end when it said it would send a notification to they new device, I waited for a few minutes & when nothing happened, I went into the cellular settings. That's when the notification popped up.
