Same boat. Was fine until Saturday morning when the status went from 'Processing' to 'Attention'. Called the regular AT&T CS # this morning (Sunday) and they had no idea what I was talking about since they couldn't find my order and couldnt connect me to the Premier people with them being closed. There haven't been ANY $1 charges to my debit card which is what I used to pay for the phone via the Premier website. However, there are a litany of pending $1 charges (from Apple, not AT&T) on my CC that is connected to my Apple Store account.Meh, mine switched to !attention status saturday morning.
Can't call AT&T till tomorrow.
I'll def. be calling the Premier support line tomorrow at 8:00AM sharp.
Any Premier folks who ordered on the 15th still not able to check their status on the main AT&T site? 8am ET order on the 15th, last updated on the 19th, and still nothing on the main site. Calling Premier results in a "your order will be processed in the next business day".
Sucks, but glad to hear I'm not the only one in limbo.My friend and my boss are in the same boat. I'm not sure what's going on.
