Has anyone else called AT&T Premier about the "attention" order status? If so, what have they told you about it, and how will it be fixed?
I have the same situation. Just called AT&T Premier service, they told me that there is nothing wrong with my order. The reason there is a "attention" on my status is because there is no iPhone 4 available at this time. And everyone pre-order through the premier service is on "suspended" status, and that's the "attention" sign mean. According to her, the phone will be available in next 24hrs, and the sign will go away..... and you will get your phone on time!

Why would people who ordered through the premier service be on the suspended status? We should have priority because of our business accounts.

from my experience with premier last year, we don't get "priority". ATT feels like we ought to kiss the ground they walk on, since we get a discount% and we are a pain in the butt (for them) because our orders need to be transferred from premier --> regular ordering systems, rather than the standard orders which are less of a hassle for them.

Mine does not say attention. It has a check mark next to processing and was last updated yesterday. Next step would be shippinh. Hmmm... hopefully this is a good thing.
But we also give them hundreds of dollars more in business every month, lmao. They are only still in business because of our premier accounts...
Here is my current status on the AT&T Premier site. You will notice 2 dates...
June 15 - Date Ordered. At this time, my status said 'Attention' and did so until today.
June 16 - Last Update. After speaking with Customer Care 2 times, they finally fixed the name on my order and as you can see, the status is now 'PROCESSING"
By the way, my order was placed at 7:30 a.m. EST on June 15.

So what did you tell them, because when I asked if they could fix it all they said was that there is nothing wrong with the order. If you said they changed the name and it went to processing, that means there has to be something wrong with my order, right?
I called them this morning and the CC rep said that there was no issue with my order and that it was processing. I did not really believe her so I went back to my confirmation email and noticed there was an additional character in my middle name. So, after calling for hours, I finally got through. I told the rep what I saw on my confirmation could be incorrect. He made the change, re-ran my order, and the status updated.
I am not saying your order is wrong, but in my case, the 'Attention' status was due to an error in processing. Once the error was fixed, my status changed. Hopefully they still process my order based on the order date, not the date the 'Attention' was removed.
I do know AT&T is still having issues with their systems and this could be the cause of some 'Attention'. However, when you call them, it does not hurt to validate your billing address and CCard information just to be sure there is no issues on your side. If people are waiting for an email from AT&T asking for more information to process their orders, it could end up biting you in the butt, especially if these issues continue into next week.
