So, it has worked for you? I have tried all sorts of different combinations.
And, as of 2:00pm EST, the AT&T site appears down again. Pure crap.
I called them this morning and the CC rep said that there was no issue with my order and that it was processing. I did not really believe her so I went back to my confirmation email and noticed there was an additional character in my middle name. So, after calling for hours, I finally got through. I told the rep what I saw on my confirmation could be incorrect. He made the change, re-ran my order, and the status updated.
I am not saying your order is wrong, but in my case, the 'Attention' status was due to an error in processing. Once the error was fixed, my status changed. Hopefully they still process my order based on the order date, not the date the 'Attention' was removed.
I do know AT&T is still having issues with their systems and this could be the cause of some 'Attention'. However, when you call them, it does not hurt to validate your billing address and CCard information just to be sure there is no issues on your side. If people are waiting for an email from AT&T asking for more information to process their orders, it could end up biting you in the butt, especially if these issues continue into next week.
How long did it take for the premier site to update what the person fixed for you, because I had some information changed but it still says last updated, June 15th...
I would say less than 1 minute. He made the change, I hung up and checked the status and it was updated.
Ya, I've been using that site but it gives zero details, just says "processing", It seems like other premier users have been able to get more detail by entering their wireless number here:

Called into Premier customer service to verify my billing and shipping address. Everything seemed in order, but I still have the attention status. He indicated that they are still processing through the orders.
I did the exact same thing. Everything was fine. He just said my order was being reviewed. nothing flagged on the order. I guess just sit and wait at this point.
Just 5 minutes ago my premiere status page change from attention to processing. Still has last updated date of june 15. I ordered 1:30am PDT and received confirmation email immediately after ordering. So, I think many of you will get changed from "attention" to "processing" also. I guess they werent lying about the 24-48 hrs.
FYI
Mine just changed to processing as well in the last 10 minutes. I ordered around 7am eastern yesterday.
Now, I wonder if I will get it on the 24th, or if I will be included in the second wave of shipments since it just changed to processing? I guess I'll find out in about a week.
Mine just went from "Attention" to "Processing" within the last hour and I didn't do anything.
