It would probably take someone in ATT's ebusiness department about 5 minutes to draft a letter explaining what is going on, what the terms on the website mean, and at what point the web status screens would be fully true statements.

Still processing..ordered about 10 minutes before you didI orderd mine on 5:32 AM EST June 15 & it had Attention status even since. Around 11:00 AM EST ON 15TH JUNE I called them and they told me that 2 of the letters in my name were swaped and they fixed it. But the status was Attention since yesterday 10:30 PM. It has been changed to processing now I always had one $ charge on my discover eversince I ordered it. Can someone tell me if he has gotton beyond Processing on premier site.

I just called, talked to a supervisor, we went over all my info, it wad correct, he said my credit check was fine, billing address, shipping address, everything approved.
He told me that I was good to go and that since I ordered on the 15th my phone will be shipped for me and i should get it on the 28th at the VERY latest. He said I have express shipping from idk where.
He told me the "!" was fine, and that honestly it might be there till the phone ships. Idk what that means but he was like "dude, trust me, you're good to go, all your info is correct, the "!" is a nonissue

Mine was charged last time(3GS) and went way it was pending authorization. This year first time on Premier last year I order in ATT store I have CRU account I can not go to Apple online or physical store or any other chain. I can only order it on premier or ATT corporate store.I figured out ordering on Premier is a hassle!!! This year nothing is working the way it should be! I have processing status but still not sure what will happen. CSR told me I should get it Between June 24-28. Keeping my fingers crossed!!! I naver had a full charge on my Discover however I still have $ pending authorization.
What is the difference b/n authorizing your card and having a hold? I have a hold on my AMEX for the phone, does that mean I am through the authorization?
Just spoke with another Supervisor. According to her, she is as high as they go up the management chain and she has absolutely no contact with the people that process orders.I found that really hard to believe. I had her itemize the reasons why my order may not go through and why it would be flagged with that Attention! status and one by one, we ruled them out (correct address, credit card authorization went through, I'm eligible for upgrade, etc). So after ruling all of those reasons out, I asked her again why my account is being flagged. She didn't have a good answer.
After going back and forth a bit, she told me that my order will not be processed today. I asked her how she knew that if she had no contact with the other processing department? She got really flustered and realized that she just got caught in a lie. Then she said, "I mis-spoke. I'm not sure when it will go through. They have to process hundreds of thousands of these manually". I have a difficult time believing that they are manually processing all of these orders.
In a polite and professional manner, I respectfully told her that I'll remain on hold until someone could help me. She said "Fine, you will probably be on-hold all day". I told her that would be fine.After 45 minutes of being placed on hold, she finally came back and told me that my order status has been changed. I looked and it did get changed! Apparently she did have some contact with the processing department.
All in all, that took exactly 3 hours and 30 minutes to get resolved.
