Man, this customer service is ridiculous. I currently still have Attention as my status, every time I call them they all say to disregard this status and that it will change with 24-48 hours of the the time that you pre-ordered. I ordered around 12:30 am CST, which is 1:30 pm EST. Hopefully we will both see an update to our status by tommorow afternoon. All im worried about is that this might cause us to fall behind on the list and get backordered till after the 24th. Im not gonna let that happen though becuase when i ordered the fine print said it would ship on the 24th. If it doesnt then ill go to the store and demand a reservation for the 24th.

Yes, if it still say's Attention around this time tommorow I will be outraged! :mad:

I pre-ordered about 8:00 a.m. MDT yesterday morning. I received the email confirmation, order #, my credit card authorization went through for $1, but still have that stupid "Attention!" status that is driving me absolutely bonkers at this point! LOL
 
When I search my order status on the regular non-premier site I get the listing of my phone, sim, freight all listed as BACKORDERED, status IN PROGRESS. Is this normal?

Same exact thing for me(9:30 est though) but I have 2 charges 1 dollar and 0 dollars. It seems like they haven't gotten to our times yet. They only made it up till about 8AM Est it seems.. So hopefully they will get us tomorrow since they are closed now..

If that is what happens I hope we still will get them on the 24/25 since they will be going in the actual system on 6/17(2 days late...)

Now that I typed that out I calmed myself down. haha.
It's probably true they worked through all the 4am-8am(est) times today and will finish the other half tomorrow. All the reps told us 24-48 hours. So I expect it to be fixed around the same time they were fixed today. fingers crossed ;)
 
This thread kind of has the mood and feel of a whole bunch of people at a long awaited concert and the main act is a few hours late getting on stage.

I finally got through for my iphone 4 at around noon pst yesterday, which promised 24th ship/delivery at the time of order. Immediately got a confirmation email, and my premier status changed from received to processing about 3 hours later. Still there today.

Never saw "attention" or any other message. Called to check if everything was okay with my shipping address, and the tired-sounding premier csr confirmed all was good to go.

Haven't seen the charge on my amex online summary but then again amex's site always lags a few days. Not worried.

About 5 minutes after I posted this, I got an automated call from amex security to verify a possible fraudulent charge. Heart sank.

Of course, AT&T entered something wrong and amex declined the $299 charge. Hilarious. I'd just gotten off the phone with Premier to go over all the addresses and verify everything, and was assured everything was okay. Then amex calls, says it was declined, and now Premier is closed for the day.

So if they re-try the charge, it'll go through, but I have a feeling AT&T will just cancel my order.

The phone rep for premier did say they were having a lot of reports of incorrect addresses showing up on the confirmation email --mine listed my really old New York address for some reason.

Called AT&T and they have the correct address, but for whatever reason the Premier site didn't have it yesterday.

Awesome, awesome job AT&T.
 
Oh, had to add ... my IT guy tried logging into Premier today, got in fine, but for whatever reason none of the phones would load, we just got an infinite pinwheel.

Every time we hit refresh, we got a DIFFERENT company's FAN show up in the corner. We cycled through 5 different corporations before giving up.

Seems there's more than a few bugs and glitches in the Premier site. The code doesn't look like it's been updated in at least the 4 years I've been using it.

And now of course even MyWireless is down, again.

Didn't AT&T just lay off a bunch of people despite turning massive profits?
 
I've been on the phone with AT&T going on 2 hours and 20 minutes now. I've spoken to a CSR and a supervisor. They say that they can't figure out why I have that attention! status and are still looking into it. Out of the 2 hours and 20 minutes, I'd say 2 hours and 15 minutes of that have been on hold.

Apparently I need to grab a Snickers bar because I'm not going anywhere for a while.

I called this morning around 7amPST only took 15 min on hold they said both orders I have are fine and the attention would go away but that hasn't happened yet and I was told this yesterday too but today they said instead of 24-48 HRS might be up to 96 hrs with the amount of orders they have.

They keep telling me the same thing too. The later you ordered your iPhone, the longer it will take for them to go through the system and change to processing. They also said that these will all ship on the 24th no matter what because they are no longer taking new orders because they need to fulfill the current ones they have like ours. Don't worry it will get fixed soon... :)
 
Have you guys tried calling the Premier Customer Support line and checking your order status via the phone?

I show back ordered even though I ordered when the pre orders first started and via this line it says my order is processed and should ship shortly.
