After hearing UPS said that due to the amount of iphones they have to deliver, delivery might be past 7pm. I called to have it hold it for pick up. Picking up 2 at local UPS at 10 AM sharp

UPS My Choice Held for Pick Up on 9/19

Well, this isn't cool. After days of listing the delivery day as 9/19 it just changed to: "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later."
Mine says the same. I'm also doing a pickup. Is everyone else getting this too?

Requested mine to be held at the UPS will call. My current status was just changed to On vehicle for delivery today. And out for delivery.

1. Make sure your Customer Center is actually open early. Mine doesn't open until 11:30. I'll just wait for delivery.
2. How are some of you getting the option to choose a 2-hour delivery window? I have UPS My Choice, but I don't get this option.

Was successful at doing that.. thank goodness. The gave me instructions to find the cancellation of requests online and was able to undo the change while it was still pending and before it was executed. Funnily enough it suprised me how enraged I had become due to that.
For anyone else who are thinking to try what I did, be warned that they just may delay your shipment just because you want it to be dropped off at an access point. The reason they gave me over the phone was that it would take a business day to relabel your shipment and since they won't upgrade your shipping to Saturday delivery.. they would make you wait until Monday

I did exactly the same thing, after I selected the Access point delivery it told me that it was going to be available on monday, it should tell you before not after. I had to cancel it and select will call pick up, not sure if will get those $5 back...
Guys, the phone won't be available for pickup once they open unless your tracking says "UPS My Choice delivery change was completed" or something to that effect.
Don't run to UPS demanding you get your phone without checking your tracking first.

Yeah Mine is at the UPS where I pick it up at but nothing about it being held and ready for pick up. I'm hoping it changes soon...
Ditto. I requested to have mine held for pickup because I'm not going to be home when they usually deliver. Guess I'm gonna have to call them to confirm whether the package was actually held or not. Smh...
I hope you're right! I see you're in the Atlanta area too... I probably will call them first anyway because I have to drive to UPS in Roswell from Marietta and I'd prefer not to have to make that trip in the case that they screwed up

Don't assume if you selected hold for pickup that it will actually happen. I selected it, it still shows ups as requested in myups account, but it ended up on the truck for delivery today anyway. Ughhh! With the volume they're dealing with mistakes are bound to happen.

I was in the same situation where I had requested a will call pick up, and it was loaded onto a truck. It has now recently changed to being held at will call.
Ah I hope this happens to mine. I set it to hold for pickup right after it shipped, but it said it went Out For Delivery at 12:01 AM, a little early for UPS...but I guess I'll see.
