In my case, I live in Puerto Rico, and my iPhone has to travel much farther—it leaves the mainland U.S. and takes extra hours of flying. Even with that longer route, it still arrives right on time. If deliveries make it here without any issues, you can be confident that yours, being even closer to where the iPhones are, will arrive on time.

We expect to see things moving forward today.

Exactly, I’ve been doing this since the iPhone 6 Plus and back then I was in Puerto Rico and I still got it on release day.

I just got my UPS notification via My Choice. Shipping from Rialto which is 30 min away. Things are really happening now!

I saw that label created for my 17 to Mac and thought it was for the phone. I ordered so many things that day. New Apple Watch bands AirPods Pro. That’s a first time in a long time. My phone is coming from a local hub because I live in Los Angeles so Rialto is not that far from me. It’s nice to see yours is coming from there too.

I have 3 packages in my UPS. 2 at 1.2# and 1 at 1.4#. I have an ultra 3 and 2 airs. Safe to assume the airs are 1.2#?

I’m always surprised people still “worry” about receiving their phones on launch day! I get that it’s the eagerness of expectation of a new toy (sorry device 😆) but Apple and UPS are a well oiled machine.

Yes there will be a few snafus and bummers but that’s the nature of the supply chain and probably accounts for less than 1% of the deliveries. It does suck if you fall in that 1% though so I get it.

one strange thing i just noticed is that the hold on my CC for the iphone has disappeared. in contrast, the charge for the watch committed a couple of days ago. i don’t know if that means anything but it is a little weird. both show up in mychoice with tracking numbers as pending.

Mine has been pending now for 6 days, since last Friday, and I'm doing in store pickup. Your CC may have a limit on how long a hold can be for.

My hold fell off last night on my phone order. This morning the charge reappeared. Probably was just a hold, and after so many days it falls off, and they just resubmit the payment. You should be good.

Sometime, later today you will see it move to your local hub. Late tonight, or early am it will show “on the truck for delivery”.

This is where I am still....but I'm not worried. I think with my Apple Watch during its launch in 2015 I didn't get shipping info until 6 am the day that it arrived - and yes it arrived on launch day. If I have nothing 24 hours from now then I might get a bit worried.

Movement on my AW. UPS indicates that they have it now in Kentucky. I have had the AW label since 9/12…

As for my Orange 17 PM, still not even showing up in UPS My Choice.

Although I did get an email from ATT about another phone for one of my employees coming VIA UPS from Charleston IN. Kind of surprised by that since I’m in Northern California. So there is that!
