Question for the group - i'm doing ISPU tomorrow, but haven't received my trade-in kit yet for my current phone. Can you trade-in in-store? (seems like there are differing accounts).

Normally I would be ok waiting for the trade-in kit, but i leave on vacation 9/23 and I may not get the trade-in kit in time to send back within the 14 days deadline. Also...curious...does anyone know what happens if you missed or send the phone back after 14 days?

Miss deadlines for mailing your ISPU, and charge will continue for the original phone. Citizens One will assume you are keeping it and continue the Loan. It’s just like the 14 day return cycle. Miss it and you own it. I would discuss your options with an Apple Store Manager before leaving on vacation. If they can’t help you, return the New Phone under their 14 day cycle, reorder under ISPU when you return and start the cycle again. Pick it up In Store.

I got same news as you. Agent said my orders have been updated to 10.3-10.10. It has been at 9.19 for the past 6 days. It’s devastating. Agent said to cancel my orders and go to store the earliest tmr to get it in store (((

I’m so sorry. My pregnant self almost cried I feel frustrated lol. Oh well. I can’t do anything, and they wouldn’t do anything to help so…. That’s it. I’d almost go try Samsung but I don’t know that I’m quite there yet 😂I just thought maybe they’d be like, here let’s add in a free case or charger or something just to like say sorry. But I should have known better. If I order again right now it’s the same dates so obviously it’s going to just be a long wait. I’m disappointed.

At this point, why not just hold the new iPhone package at the UPS distribution center instead of dealing with so much uncertainty?

I don't have the option to hold at a UPS distribution center. It's in my local city now. I could literally drive an hour and pick it up. I also upgraded to My Choice Premium because I thought I could request a 2-hour delivery window but I don't have that option either. And when I pre-ordered, ISPU wasn't available.

I wish I coulda given you my spot in line, I ordered only 2 mins before you😏. I don’t need a new phone tomorrow, I woulda happily gave up my tomorrow shipping for someone that really needs or wants a new phone tomorrow.

This is what the agent told me “From what I can see on the order looks like the system thinks that you've purchased a high volume of orders. I've already checked and can confirm that its only these 2 tho.”
I bought 2 phones separately.

I did just get an email with a next day air saver tracking number from UPS but I don’t know if that’s it. It still doesn’t show anything on the order updates on the store app.
