I feel like the whole preorder, delivery, and ISPU process got seriously bungled this year. I wonder what happened, it seemed like they use to have it down pretty pat.

You guys are some real enthusiasts getting the Pros this year. I'm getting the base 17, the Apple Watch 11, and the AirPods Pro 3 for less than $800 total after trade-ins. Looking forward to a much more manageable phone coming from the 15 Pro Max (which is just too heavy and cumbersome).

Def noticeable this year - not sure why. As of 7:05 still processing for 830am pick up in CT - is it a local store thing? Employees need to confirm and mark as ready maybe?

The base model is a steal! I prefer it over the air

My orange 17 Pro 512 GB said delivering Friday all week and now says delivering Monday. It’s still in “processing” and the Apple Support people did not provide any helpful information. 😑😑😑

What was bungled? 9/25--9/19 dates?

To me, process was different than previous years.

Now if a bunch of people don't get their phones today who have 9/19 delivery date then we can try understand what went wrong.

Just because we have people here with a 9/19 and then all of a sudden it’s not accurate. Let’s call it different then, don’t want any back and forth.

Ya I got fcked up by Apple, pre-ordered 2 phones at 9.12 5:40am PT with delivery date 9.19. Until today they updated my date till 10.3-10.10... they said I can cancel it and buy walk-in tmr

Mine switched to 10/10-17 like we said earlier. Not very happy with them

Made it to Apple Store asked if I should be worried about not being ready for pick up. They said it’s usually because of payment which is weird since I used my Apple Card 🤷. Just gonna hang out here and hope for the best.

I have placed my iphone 17 pro max 3 minutes in when preoder started , My iphone 17 pro max pre order was scheduled for delivery sep 19 just until late last night and now its pushed till oct 10-17 !? My card was charged the day I have placed my order ( or maybe it was a hold ) now the charge has disappeared from my card statement !
Anyone facing the same issue ?

ME!!!! They were so unhelpful and just said “be excited for your phone in October!” Which I tried to explain why this is a problem but they cared NONE. I’m really unhappy with Apple

If they don't get their phones today, then I agree 100% that it is a disaster!
