Saw delivery 9/25 so ended up selecting in store pick up on 9/19. Orange pro max 512gb

How does the iPhone Upgrade Program work with in-store pickup? You swap it out there or what?

I was in at like 7:30 AM and shipping said the 25th, so I did pickup for the 19th. I really don't want to do pickup lol.

ok finally, had to pre-order and charge all three separately, not a fan of that, hope my card doesn't flag it as fraud, for 3 large transactions back to back from apple

Literally stated delivery was next Friday and now on two orders it’s 9/25. lol.

I wouldn’t mind a pickup but you need to do data transfer and leave your old phone if IUP. Forget that.

AT&T was kind enough to let me check out 5 minutes early. It's rare for something to go wrong in our favor. I'm cool with being the early adopter-I've gone for the Air in cloud white. I want the orange color but it's on the wrong device.

I ordered literally at 8:01am for the Cosmic Orange Pro Max, first year I am not getting it on launch day. How are they slipping top 9/25 in 1-2 minutes??

its only those who pre-ordered getting pushed out. go and try to checkout with your selected phone the regular way, and shipping is 9/19

Using the Apple mobile app on my iPhone and cellular data I was in instantly. My iPad using Wi-Fi and the app didn’t let me in until about 8:05a and apple.com didn’t open up until 8:12a. I wonder how they figure out who gets in first.

I was planning for a delivery instead of pick up but when I pre ordered just now it says delivery on the 25th damn! So I chose pick up instead View attachment 2547149on the 19th. LoL

They usually have 2 lines and if you go 5 to 10 min before your time you should be set.

I'm still seeing launch day delivery for some - could be regional but I wonder if everyone that got the 25th will have them showing up on the 19th still. I checked out at 7:09CST and got the 19th for the 17 Pro Max Silver 256

Got in right away with my saved pre-order for my orange PM 1TB. Order confirmation email at 7:01 am. Showing Sept 25 for delivery. As others have said, really hoping that date is a glitch and all of us with orders right away do in fact have them delivered on launch day.

Something strange with Air too.

512 GB from shopping bag to order = 9/25

256 GB from webpage, configured, trade in, payment = 9/19

Wtf? The app took forever to open. Didn't open until 8:10. They did not "bring me in for preorder" but only did once I refreshed the app several times and then there was no launch day availability at the store. Mobile browser, firefox, edge, all had the same issue but somehow people are able to order at 8:01?

I refreshed it once, then they "brought me in" after about a minute wait, I wondered if my refreshing sent me to the back of the line.

Thank you. So assuming the "appointment line" should be short and go quickly? My pickup time is the first slot at 8am. So I should arrive a bit before?

I think most of the 25 dates will move up to the 19th. It’s happened before.
