Back again for the year as well. Just pre-ordered the 18 ProMax in Glacier. I considered the burgundy but I really love the lighter (excuse the pun cause I know this phone will be heavier) phone color (this is me coming from the orange 17PM). Ironically I wasn't going to preorder this year...until I saw the variable mechanical aperture on the camera. Hope it works as well as its designed to do.

LOL...Yeah, I'm expecting there to be a "WOW" factor with the new phone. I probably could have donated the XS to the Smithsonian...haha. The XS certainly served me well. I'm squeezing every GB out of the 64 GB of storage and Apple stopped making batteries for it, so it was time. Was on its third battery and even that is down to 86% battery capacity now. Really looking forward to the bigger battery of the 18 Pro that will last me all day and receiving new iOS versions again.

On a side note, is anyone here upgrading from anything older than a XS? Just seeing if I take the title...lol

Trying to do carrier financing through Verizon and it says “carrier financing plans will be available at pre order” so I guess Verizon users are just SOL and can’t do the “get ready” if you’re financing through Verizon

The Grove store can get crazy. On the plus side it’s considered a ‘flagship’ store, so they get a lot of stock.

If it were me, I’d get there around 7am and check out the scene at the Apple Store. If it looks good, I’d then have breakfast at DuPars and head back to the Apple Store when I was through.

BTW: Lots of great choices for breakfast between The Grove and Farmer’s Market (they’re contiguous to each other). I just haven’t had DuPars in a while and thinking about The Grove made me crave it, haha!!
