I finally got in about 6-7 minutes after and got a shipped date of 9/25 too. What’s interesting is that Verizon is still showing a 9/19 delivery date for the same phone-Pro Max 256 Deep Blue

Seems like in-store pickup is the way to go this year for a launch day device, in a lot of cases.

AT&T seemingly had a 19th delivery if you ordered by 1 PM EST.

Two iPhones ordered on IUP immediately when the store opened. Both 9/25 delivery. I wonder if the IUP phones are the majority of the delayed phones. I can go in right now and get the same for not on IUP on 9/19.

Why so many of you doing in-store pickup? Just curious.

Why wouldn't I? The iPhone is safely waiting for me at my local Apple Store. No potential issues with shipping. I can trade-in my old iPhone on the spot. I set up as new in-store. Then I restore from iCloud backup when I get home. Couldn't be easier.

I got the Air 256 for 9/19 pickup in store.

Pick up in store so I don’t have to wait all day at home. My deliveries usually happen after 3pm.

Seems like the orange PM 256GB is the hot ticket because it shows no in store pickup while the silver is available in store for 9/19. Oh well, looks like its silver for me.

Deep Blue Pro Max 256GB that was pre-ordered with Apple Upgrade and completed at 8:02AM shows my delivery at 9/25 but I can literally order one right now at 8:21AM and get it 9/19?? Has to be a glitch.

Got in on the app at about 5 after and the longest part was switching from shipping to store pickup. My computer browser still hasn't opened yet.

Can I do trade-in in store for just a regular order pickup? It said when checking out that they'll send me a box but I chose ISPU.

Yes you can, Just tell the associate who is helping you about the trade in and they will take care of it. You got 14 days after pickup to complete the trade-in.

Today marks my 10th year in a row pre-ordering iPhones and being on here. Time continues to fly.

iPhone 17 Pro Max Deep Blue 512GB ordered. Picking up at the Apple Store around 11am.

Yeah it's become a yearly ritual for me too. I stuck with my iPhone 15 last year but had to get a 16 for my husband so was still here. Happy to get both phones due on 19th this year.

That was easy! Had the app open on my phone and Safari open on my iPad. The iPad opened first. My sleep-addled and coffee-deprived brain said “orange,” so that’s the button I pushed. (Plus I think it’s going to look terrific in the green tech woven case that’s coming today. Which i probably won’t use. But… you know.) All set up for ISPU) on Saturday at the same time as my AirPods. Had email at 5:30. Goin back to sleep.

I'm not sure if I can survive with an ancient aged Pro 16 until =) ..I better hurry up and scan lots of QR-codes before it arrives, there'll be no more of that soon enough! haha

One Air for 09/19 pickup, one Air for 09/25 delivery. Apple Store stilll down in Los Angeles, CA. Could only order on the App.

I think most of the 25 dates will move up to the 19th. It’s happened before.

People getting Air are reporting 19th. I'm getting Air as well, but picking up.

Yes, you can have the Apple store rep transfer the data with you and trade it on the spot.

Very disappointing pre-order experience this year. The queue or whatever never brought me in. When I eventually got in by refreshing, it was already delayed a week.

Happens every year depending on your (location?). Delay can run up to 15 minutes. This is the first year I got in immediately. Usually have to wait ~10 minutes.

Got right in at 5 AM and placed an order for 17 Pro 256GB Blue and Series 11 46mm Jet Black, both showing 09/19 delivery. Apple has the preorder experience down to a science at this point.
