It only occurs in some apps, like IntelliJZero issues with my Magic Mouse after the update.
https://community.logitech.com/s/question/0D53100005UytQyGot a response from Logitech, the CEO passed my email on to correct dept and this was from them...
"Sorry you’re having issues with Sierra/LCC. My team is testing an update today that we expect to make available tomorrow to fix the Sierra issues."
Fingers crossed.
Did you just download the new LCC from Logitech?I noticed these issues right at first (actually my driver crashed multiple times right at first, but it loaded fine after a restart).
I reinstalled the latest drivers, and everything seemed fine after that.
Why would anyone use this atrocity of a thing on a beautiful Mac?

Some users are reporting performance issues with Logitech's mice accessories after updating to macOS Sierra, mostly citing problems centered around "laggy" scrolling and some unresponsive customized buttons. Users have specifically mentioned that the M705 Marathon Laser Mouse and Performance Mouse MX are among products affected, but a wider swath of Logitech's mice lineup is likely included.
The reason behind the problems, and how wide it could reach, is because of an incompatibility issue between the Logitech Control Center app and macOS Sierra. As mentioned by a poster on the Logitech forums, on the latest 3.9.4 software for LCC, the M705's forward and back buttons were reported as "not working," while scrolling was being problematic as well.

A separate report, posted on StackExchange, detailed a similar issue with Logitech's mice on macOS Sierra. The user described their mouse as having "soggy inertia" scrolling in native Apple apps, and "choppy" scrolling in third-party apps. Ultimately, they found that updating to macOS Sierra "wrecked scrolling" on the Logitech mouse.
The Logitech Control Center Mac app allows users to customize the features of their Logitech accessories -- mainly mice and keyboards -- along with basic features like notifications for low battery life and when each device has a firmware update. Its incompatibility with Sierra appears to be the source of the problem users are describing online. Unfortunately, Logitech has confirmed that "LCC is not available on Mac Sierra," and that "there is no release date known" for when it might launch.
The same user who mentioned "wrecked scrolling" did appear to find some solutions to the problem, although they noted that everything was just "temporary band-aid tweaks" in the face of Logitech's lack of support. The user noted that messing around with the scroll and zoom settings in System Preferences > Mouse could help slightly, as well as checking out System Preferences > Logitech Control Center > Vertical Scrolling.

Figured Steve was a generic enough name, given the community here. Feel free to insert Bill, John, Chris, Susan, Jessica, Valerie, Eric, Becky, Doug, Will, Gerald, Stanley, Peter or whomever you wish. Obviously you don't understand sarcasm or satire. And are clearly a victim of a self imposed micro aggression. Welcome to the internet in 2016.So...You generated a fake conversation about what a deceased CEO would have said in this matter? Interesting.
I un-installed and then re-installed the latest version of LCC. It didn't change anything, unfortunately.I noticed these issues right at first (actually my driver crashed multiple times right at first, but it loaded fine after a restart).
I reinstalled the latest drivers, and everything seemed fine after that.
Printer, scanner and camera drivers are some very good examples. There's NO excuse for this to have happened.
People without the talent or judgement to write high quality apps end up writing drivers for these places. It's pretty close to the bottom of the barrel on the software totem pole.

Yes I 'generated' a fake email, for illustrative, entertainment purposes. Similar to an analogy, or other descriptive exercise to illustrate a point. Further I used the basis of a recently discussed actual email in which Phil Schiller (not deceased) addressed a customers issue regarding listening to an iPhone and charging at the same time which presents an issue when you only have a single lighting port for both audio and power (electricity). From that basis I superimposed a hypothetical situation (did you really think I meant it as actual without providing a screenshot?). In which very much alive and breathing customer Steve (I'm sure there are other individuals who share the name sake who are very much active bi pedal, eating, breathing entities who also have an iPhone, Mac with Magic Mouse and maybe even an iPad), was writing Phil (as many do hoping for a response) to answer the query of this very issue, with a response very similar to that which was given in the charging scenario which happened within the last week.
Your inferrrence of me disgracing the memory of Steve Jobs is audacious and unfounded. I'd strongly invite you to look through every single post I have made in this community to find any disrespect for the man. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the visionary he was and the legacy he has left behind.

Plus I can charge and use my MX Master at the same time.
Exactly. I had the Magic Mouse and both Magic Trackpads and the MX Master beats all of them, especially for video editing.
you can either have the fancy magic mouse — with its horrible ergonomics — or have a less attractive mouse that is significantly more comfortable. A mouse's primary purpose is to be comfortableWhy would anyone use this atrocity of a thing on a beautiful Mac?
