Did you do a full reinstall ?
Tbh No, I was cleaning the desk and moving the monitor arm and stuff, then I sat down to start working on a project and I give it a try thinking that an update happened overnight and apparently it did happen, I'm getting power and video from USB-C Ports

same issue here: 13.0 Beta (22A5358e). ironically, was working on prior 13 beta versions up to this latest one.

Why can't I update to Beta 10 yet? I have 13.0 Beta (22A5358e) and I can't use my external monitor

Do you have a developer's profile installed?
It's developer's beta...
Public beta will likely be available later today or most likely tomorrow.
Do you know where I can download the developer profile? I urgently need tonight to be able to use my external monitor.

You have to be a registered developer with Apple to get a legitimate developer beta profile.

Didn't fix it for me... made it worse actually... When I plug in my external monitor, both screen still go garbled, before I was able to unplug my external screen and my laptop screen would correct itself, now, I have to reset my laptop by holding down the power button....

At this point you may wanna check if you have a faulty adapter

I played around with it, the reason why my laptop screen went messed up was because it looked like it was trying mirror as opposed to extending... since I was able to get it to extend, my laptop screen works, but the external display goes all garbled.. I have tried changing resolutions, but nothing. I have tried a new usb-c cable with the same results. I have tried a usb-c to DisplayPort cable and same results...

If I drop down to MacOS Monterey or I think it was Beta 6, my screens worked perfectly fine at 5120x1440.

Not sure if my issue is related or not, but my setup is 2 1080p monitors plugged into a Thunderbolt dock which I use with my 16" M1 Max MBP. Since one of the early betas, every time I wake the laptop the monitors are both dropped down to 720p resolution and the arrangement is flipped. Still not fixed in Beta 10.

I lost my USB-C displaiy connection with beta 10. Intel Macbbook Pro connecting to Dell U2520D. Was working prior in all betas for me :(

(usb-c to HDMI adapter cable works though)
