I created a ticket with Apple. It has gone up to the "senior engineers" and they know that there is an issue with 5K UltraWide monitors. Normal 5K monitors do not have the issue. There is no ETA on a fix.

So I have an issue with my external monitor since Ventura as well... Had an ultrawide LG, but bought a simple monitor with "normal" resolution. It didn't work either.
Talked to a senior engineer on the phone today... On his advice I installed a new version of Ventura (on a separate created disk). It still doesn't work, so it's not third party software.
Strange thing is the monitor works fine in safe mode.
Very frustrating, I really hope it's not a new update to exclude certain cable brands or something...
