Holy moly Verizon really put me through the ringer on Friday. Tried to upgrade my husband's phone to a 128 Coral XR, and the lady on the phone assured me the order would go through (it did not, something about a glitch when trying to order on a secondary line, no idea what happened). 4 hours later still on phone with customer service the new associate we (my husband took over cos after the first hour I wanted to say screw it, and forget the whole thing) finally were going to get the phone, however it was going to be on my line, which currently has an iPhone 7 with a payment plan. called to check on things last night and the customer service rep let us know that they need the 7 back, but what we wanted to do was put the 7 on my husbands line (he's on a 6-plus) and put the XR on my line, both with payment plans. hoping we can just pay the 7 off and not have to send the XR back. I'm so confused about what's going on.
