Space Gray 256 Xs ordered. ETA Sept 21. Had it opened in one browser and it just timed out. Switched to Safari and it worked like a charm!!

Crashed on website, but went through on the app. I couldn't get AppleCare on the app even though I saw it on the website. Ordered it anyway. Hopefully I can call in and change it.

Website wouldn't go through so used Verizon app and was able to place the order. Got 9/21 delivery for a XS Max 64 GB Gold.

One question...it had a card of my wife's on there as the default card and I couldn't change it. I had to guess on the CVN. If I was wrong, would my order have gone through? Wondering if I need to call tomorrow. I got the confirmation email...

VICTORY use the Verizon app I couldnt get the browser past checkout. Went to Verizon app and upgraded in seconds! MAX XS @ 512GB for 9/21 ship date

Does anyone ever see the instore pickup option? I couldnt find one

Anyone know who verizon uses to ship Iphones? Ill need to find out and see if the shipper can hold me phone

I was able to preorder successfully and received a confirmation email. UPon review of the confirmation email, the billing address was changed when i changed the shipping address to my work. Will CS be able to fix that without canceling the order?

Got confirmation at 3:04 for gold 256gb Max. Verizon website and app was acting funky but eventually got through on the app. Was going so fast I didn’t use the card I wanted but at least I got through lol.
