Website hung and crashed, once again mobile app the way to go.

VICTORY use the Verizon app I couldnt get the browser past checkout. Went to Verizon app and upgraded in seconds! MAX XS @ 512GB for 9/21 ship date

Does anyone ever see the instore pickup option? I couldnt find one

Anyone know who verizon uses to ship Iphones? Ill need to find out and see if the shipper can hold me phone

So in order to get my upgrade to go through I had to swap my wife and I's SIM cards so they would match up with the numbers. Am I safe now to swap them back or do we have to switch phones for a week until they ship? I already have confirmation email that order went through.

Trade in worked via website. I had to move to the app for the actual phone upgrade to work.

The Verizon app is the way to go. Tried 4 different Browsers and the website was was none stop errors. went to the app and was done in seconds. Upgraded to MAX XS, Space gray, 512GB for 9/21 ship date

Just got one , XS Max 64gb black. I may be waiting longer than if I took the risk and waited in line, but I’m glad I’ll get it on launch or the day after instead of a month after. Apple wouldn’t let me upgrade on their website because it’s only been a year, I have the X now.

Ordered! I started on the app, it wouldn’t let me use a debit card because I have a different zip code than my parents who own the account so I had to use paypal. PayPal would not go through on the app so I went to the website it was a little slow but it worked perfectly fine and I was also able to change the shipping address to mine instead of having it delivered to my parents house. Ordered the gold Xs max 64 GB 9/21 date

Better experience than last year, and much better than trying to get a Jet Black the year before.

I can't trade-in on mobile app because I started on website, and app thinks I already used it. Website crashing -- any ideas how to remove the trade in from the website so I can apply it on the app?

Done by 3:05 a.m. Used Verizon App. I always seem to have the best chance of preordering with that app.

I got on the app right at 3am and was able to order XS Max 256 GB - Gold immediately with a 9/21 delivery. The app crashed for a few minutes and I was then able to place my 44mm Aluminum Gold watch order at 3:18am with a 9/21 delivery also!
