My Xs was shipped and picked up by FedEx in West Chester, PA early this AM. Hold to deliver until Friday.
My 256g Gold XS max was picked up by fedex in West Chaster PA due to be delivered by 3:00 pm est on the 21 cant wait
Just checked my bank account and I still have not gotten charged
That’s what it says. So I’m confused. Does that mean it ships on the 21st? Or will I receive it on the 21st

So I just gave it my best shot to get a credit for the $30 upgrade fee and no luck. I bought a new Max AND a series 4 Watch and was charged $30 for each. $60 is a little much and I have been a customer for 12 years. I told the rep we would like to upgrade my husbands phone as well but can’t justify another $30 but she wouldn’t budge

Order just shipped via FedEx from PA, iPhone XS Max 256GB Silver. Request to hold the shipment until 9/21.

Because Verizon will not ship it if a pending change is on your account, has warehouse issues and their site isn’t very communicative.
Had a lot of weird issues with preorder this year.
