Yeah me three. I mean the worst thing that could happen is we don’t get our phones until a few days. But that fact doesn’t prevent me from being irrationally freaked out.
Ugh! Bank flagged the watch charge. Just clicked the link in the bank email to verify the charges and I’m currently on the line with verizon to get it re-run
Yeah I just wanted my phone on 9/21 as I leave to travel to the Philippines on 9/21 at 9PM EST and won't be back in USA for several weeks...uggg I really hope I get it lol
So I checked Verizon and it said my phone is being shipped. Hallelujah!
I wonder why they declining all Apple Pay and why every flipping year I get decline and have to resubmit payment. I just don't understand why this process is so convoluted.
Well I got the dreaded Apple Pay Decline... last time I will every use Apple Pay for a preorder
Now my delivery date of the 21st is gone.
I wonder if it's because Verizon could not send you to your bank page to verify the charge? When I used my debit it card, VZW redirected me to a US Bank window where I had to verify with my last 6 digits of my SSN, and my debit card pin. After that I could complete my order on the VZW site.
Mine came in about a half hour after the declined charge or so. I filled it out. Now, here's hoping I actually get it on launch day...
I ordered the same phone at :05 after launch. Was charged about this time last night and received tracking late today.
Did you do the installments? If so did you verify your spending limit prior to ordering both? Happened to me last year
I’ve heard mixed reviews about calling. Many state the rep says they have to cancel and reorder by doing it over the phone. I didn’t want to risk it. Updating via the email link was quick and easy.
I don't know it's the first time I have preordered with Verizon. I always preorder with Apple use Apple Pay no problems and get my phone on launch day. I don't know what I was thinking...
FYI, it took about an hour and a half after the Apple Pay decline to get the email, but it came through and updated. Thanks.
My decline showed up in Apple Pay 30min after I got the decline add new payment email from Verizon.
No, I did not. Ive been on the phone for over an hour now. The only thing they said was it was canceled because I already had a payment plan. I told them all I had to pay was $95 to upgrade and I had agreed to that. Now they are trying to "figure it out".
I think they’re having so,e issues with the communication with cc providers. My Amex was declined, and it’s the same one I use for my recurring payments. There’s fields in a credit card transactions that can be utilized, and if they had sent additional information it would have gone through. It’s probably a go-live glitch with the pre-order code. It happens.
