This is about all the hope I've got for my new account 7+ 128GB Matte Black preorder. Used the clipboard trick to get to this screen. VZW page is only carrier page I've got because I need a VZW number for an online account. That pages is still processing my order online from 0330 MDT 09/09.

That picks up any number that's in your clipboard as a possible shipment. I tried it too and it recognized all kinds of different numbers. I'm sure you will get a shipment notification today seems like the 128GB MB plus models have movement just not the 32's or 256's

Please explain the clipboard trick still no news on my 128 mb

Set up the FedEx app on your phone and force close the app. Copy your online order number. Open the fedex app. It will prompt you to look up the number on your clipboard, tap yes. See results.

I've read conflicting reports on the validity of this method.

Another morning wake-up w/o 256G update. Just can't believe not a single 256G being shipped.

Same here. It's crazy that not one 256GB had shipped. But my husband wasn't really expecting it to come tomorrow since he had a 23rd deliver by date when I ordered his phone. But he did get a little snarky with me that mine is coming tomorrow and he has to wait.

I guess they did not expect to sell many 256GB plus models. Or 32GB plus models. How does a company so large not make enough stock for launch day? I say it like it makes a difference. I'll still be happy with my phone when I eventually get it, and I'll do the same next year, but damn I wish they didn't do this just to ramp up hype.

I just find it so hard to believe that 2 entire variants of the phone they are releaseing won't be out on launch day. It seems like they would have said it would be out later in the year, I mean they did it with the Nike+ Apple Watch.

Maybe planes full of 32GB or 256GB were delayed or are delivering today instead of yesterday? Who knows. I work in logistics so this stuff happens all the time, but I wouldn't expect it from Apple. They have enormous leverage. On a side note, did your $1 authorization charge go away? Does that mean anything? Thought I read something yesterday.

I personally feel like they weren't expecting such a high demand for the 32's and 256's so they didn't produce as much. But you would think after all these years they would learn.

I read if the $1 charge went away your phone was probably in process of being shipped. Who knows.

It's probably on the way to me right now

The $1 authorization charges are typically just how retailers ensure your card is good. After a certain amount of time passes where the retailer doesn't send through an actual charge your bank drops off the authorization. Not saying that's for sure what it means in this case, but that's how it works normally.

I ordered two plus models, both 128GB in Black and Silver. I got the confirm email at 3:31AM EST and as of just now, no updates at all, still have a 9/28/16 ship date. The only sign of life was a $1 charge on my CC for each phone, that's it. I live in CT, tried to check the UPS and FedEx ref # tracking, nada.

Same boat. In CT, 256 gb black ordered at 3:15am. No update

I am in the same boat - well a 128 MB 7+ and a 128 Gold 7+. I am in NJ and have a feeling that there's something about the NY Metro distribution being conducted today. I seem to recall something similar with the iPhone 6 launch. Does anyone else remember that?

Are there others out there with a location code of D771001 also awaiting processing?

I ordered a Silver 7+ 128GB several hours after you (10am PST)...now I'm hoping my delivery doesn't get moved back. I have only seen a couple silvers getting delivery confirmations. To think I was playing it safe by ordering plain silver :/

N832401 Here.

Chicago.

Would be nice to see, from folks who've shipped, their location code and home state or the origin scan.

My 64GB iPhone 6s Plus Space Grey didn't ship until Friday morning around 2am last year. So I still have a sliver of hope that my phone is coming.
However, after news of Jet Blacks being virtually sold out, that hope may be gone. Waiting on a Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus 128GB this year.

Off topic question. Anyone know if a company or the one that is always in the mall. Will have a screen protector for the back of the phone to protect it.
