Carrier Verizon 7 Plus Ship Yet? Post here...

All these people with the same order and around the same order time as me getting shipping notifications and I still have nothing :(

I ordered within an hour of pre-orders opening. Ordered a 128GB Matte Black 7+, no movement, and for some reason I can't even locate my order on the pre-order status page, location code is 1039001. Expected delivery is 09/23, which would be terrible since I'll be out of town by then.
 
Ok, if I'm correct, I've now seem some 256GB JB phones shipped out. Anyone think that that is a good sign for 256GB Matte Black pre-orderers? I think the 256GB JB is the first 256GB phone shipped out?
 
Starting to look like this is the first iPhone launch day I have missed in a while using Verizon's pre-order. It could realistically ship at any point today but I don't see that at all. Oh, well... I guess I will have my Jet Black 128gb + next week or so. I guess it's better to wait anyway since the case is still a while out. Less opportunity to scratch it up.

I read if the $1 charge went away your phone was probably in process of being shipped. Who knows.

I doubt this as I have a 10/19 shipdate and had the charges go away on my CC. $1 on 9/9 then -$1 on 9/9 followed by $1 on 9/9 and another -$1 on 9/9. This was showing as pending on my account yesterday, but it has all disappeared today. However, this does make me nervous as my shipping address was different than my billing address, but verizon.com would not allow the two to be different for the preorder, so I had to change my account information on both verizon.com and my CC's website to complete the transaction. Hopefully my CC wasn't rejecting the order(?).
 
I've come to grips with the fact I won't have a new phone to play with over the weekend. That being said, a couple of observations... REALLY PISS POOR process when it seems when you ordered has no freaking correlation to when you get your phone. There are ample examples of matte black 128 that have gone out with people ordering well after I did... so to me, this pre order nonsense is a crap shoot at best..... roll of the dice... really makes me mad for the two hours of sleep I got last Friday.... Second observation.... Apple botched this WAY WORSE than any other pre order in history. NO PLUS models at their stores on launch day WTF.... that's incompetent plain and simple. There is a massive difference between "creating hype" and alienating people. I feel, that with each launch they get worse at this and not better... that said... I'm done obsessing about this and have come to terms with the mantra, "life ain't fair kid" Congrats to those of you getting your phones Friday.... Enjoy the hell out of them... that said I need to go tell my boss I'll be in the office Friday.... and ask for next Friday off instead.

From what I understand, Apple Stores won't have them. Now that doesn't necessarily mean that stores like Verizon, AT&T, Best Buy, etc. won't have them either. It's just that Apple won't have them release day.
 
People are saying that this flightaware link is not even iphones. Those planes are coming into KY at like 1:00 am EST. No way they get unloaded and sent to verizon and then out for shipment in a few hours. So lets just forget this stupid flightaware link already. And stop posting that there is no movement..what the hell is the point of that? Everyone posting hey nothing has happened is annoying as hell!

E247001 here...this sux. Honestly this is a first world issue, however wth did I wake up at 3AM to pre order? My wife was thrilled when that went off, ha!

I'm sure your good, my wife decided she wanted to upgrade so having two phones ordered I feel has caused a snag. What will I do about it, nada!

This exact thing happened last year though. My 6s Plus got to Memphis 1AM Friday morning, and was somehow delivered in Florida that day. Crazy stuff. So until tomorrow morning, there's always a sliver of hope.

Relax man. Updates from people are always a good thing. Also, referencing the flightaware thing,it is very well possible that they are working over nights like that. The more phones the get out the more money they make. So they want to make sure to push all the phones out ASAP so they can get more money. They wouldnt risk the shipping dates as well. They know that if we wouldnt get our phones by that time that people will call in screaming and they would either lose customers or money (by giving credits and free things to make us happy) and we all know Verizon. No way in hell they would risk that.
 
flightaware is showing the planes from anchorage to Louisville. There are no bulk shipments on those flights this year. Even if there were, they could not get to the carrier facilities and have your shipping labels applied for tomorrow. If they are not on a truck already on the way to a carrier facility to put a label on it right now, they will not be there tomorrow, as they have to be packaged back up to be sent to a shipper.

Or maybe just stop caring so much about what other people do and/or step away from the forums for a while?
