N211401 Chicago as well. Has not shipped yet, nor do I plan on it to anytime soon...just more hoping for an updated shipping week. Sitting more than a month out is brutal, especially considering that I ordered my 6+ on 10/15/14 (a month after release) and received it on 10/24/14, so in my head I was expecting a similar 1-2wk wait time. I pre-ordered the 7+ on 9/9/16 8:52(ish)AM Central (7 hours after preorders open) and my current delivery is 10/19/16...practically receiving it the same date as my last order despite ordering more than a month prior. Awesome!

Has anyone actually seen progress soon after trying the FedEx clipboard trick? I just tried it and this is the most information I've gotten so far about my 7+ RG 256gb.
As far as "randomness" in shipping it makes me wonder if it doesn't prioritize distance over time ordered. Realistically, it makes more sense to send out phones that will take longer to get to the destination to take stress off getting them all to their destination overnight... basically ship the ones that need to be in a certain location to insure they are all in that location for when the overnight push comes tonight.
Granted at this point the fact that I haven't been charged makes me think I am just not getting it so my whole waiting up until 3am was pretty pointless. It doesn't make sense to wait until last minute (literally) to charge the card because any issue pretty much bumps you from launch day at this point.

I ordered my JB 7+ 256 a few minutes early and I still got a 9/28 delivery date.
That cluster of plans won't get to a hub on the mainland until midnight-2AM EST. I'm guessing that phones on those planes contain post friday delivered phones, as it would be same day shipping technically.

I know this is a Verizon thread but there's hope for the 256 GB folks some friends of mine with Sprint got shipping notifications this morning for matte black JB and RG on the 7+ so hold out hope guys
I have seen no joke ZERO 32GB's Plus models ship, regardless of color. I've seen 6 32GB iPhone 7's ship. 32GB models seem to be on the back burner for manufacturing.
I wouldn't say that... I have had packages ship around 12am and still got them that day. As long as it gets to it's final location before 9am there's a good chance it will be out for delivery that day here. It's pretty sketchy though.
You have to call customer service or chat online. They will give it to you.
My mom ordered a 32gb matte black 7 plus and she got her tracking number for 9/16 delivery yesterday. She ordered it an hour and a half before launch though, I guess Verizon's website messed up.
