I didn't quite get an email, but I checked my order and I see a UPS one too. SG 6s+ 128GB. Dang, FedEx comes so much sooner than UPS here :p

I have no idea what they will have for a deliver by time. Probably going to be 8PM. UPS is horrible in AZ

UPS is horrible time wise everywhere in my experience. FedEx runs like clockwork, I always get my packages right around 10am. UPS is like waiting for the cable guy, he'll be here between 9am and 9pm and I better like it.
 
Just jumping in with an update... Checked my status this morning, shows shipped (FedEx). The charge showed up Friday afternoon, so I figured shipping was happening soon.

Phone was "picked up" in Memphis, TN on Saturday and is "In Transit" as of this morning. Expected delivery day is Friday (9/25)
 
Got my tracking number. It starts with 1Zxxxxx and says that it's shipping through UPS and routes me to UPS tracking and shows as invalid

It's a FedEx tracking but it shows as invalid too.

Hoping it'll work for me sometime later today
That's normal, Amazon does the same thing. The tracking information typically doesn't show up until it's actually shipped, not when the label is printed.

I would much rather have had the fedex shipping. At least those are at local centers waiting to be delivered. Very little change of it not getting delivered.

Im guessing the UPS deliveries are still not to the HK airport yet and leaves a lot of possibilities for delay.......

If ony VZW would have sent these out in the order they were ordered then we would not be having this discussion.....
 
Because there's a hold order by Apple/Verizon. Apple doesn't want anyone to get their devices before the launch date. It wouldn't look good if Verizon customers were getting their phones before people who ordered with Apple or the Apple retail locations

Following up, I got a tracking number Saturday AM that showed a Monday delivery. Saturday night it was rerouted to Newark, NJ and changed to Friday. I'm sure they are moving all the packages to set warehouses to hold till Wednesday or Thursday to make sure none slip through. Why they would sit on them if they were ready to go seems strange but I guess they want everyone on the same playing field.
 
Got my Tracking info today UPS here also iphone 6s+ 128g Space. Order at 2:57am

This is the same thing with every Apple device. No matter if FedEx or UPS i never had a device failed to get to on release day. Don't worry about it till Friday morning.

True. There might be some delays in Philly and surrounding areas but hopefully it will work out fine.

Interesting: Of the two phones I ordered, the rose gold 128G 6s shipped Fedex from a different location than the space gray 126G 6s plus via UPS.
 
I ordered the 6s plus roughly 1158 opening night and just got a UPS tracking number. 8 hours later I buy the wife's iPhone 6s and she got her FED EX tracking number yesterday
 
We still haven't been charged for ours. Both phones I did the Edge Up option on. Should I be concerned?

Both orders do show up on our account when I log into Verizon's website.
 
I have one 64 gb plus rose gold shipping fedex and my 128gb shipped ups from Verizon. I have never seen Verizon use UPS before.
 
Is it just plain old impatience that is causing people to cycle through every single scenario where their phones will NOT be delivered? "I have an order confirmation, delivery date, tracking number, group ID so I know what exact warehouse it sits in, UPS and FedEx still operating".......but do you think I'll get my phone???
