Well, looks like the worst case has occurred. Apparently, something went wrong with my order.

Customer service representative on live chat couldn't open the order, and referred me to the Orders department. Representative from the Orders department couldn't open the order, and referred me to the store I ordered from. They couldn't open the order, and said something about re-ordering (Excuse me, what?! O= ).

Yep...happened to me. They'll make you reorder and get to the back of the line.

They told me to come to the store tomorrow and we'll straighten things out. I can see the order and when it was made, but they can't see the status. I won't be ordering again. I'm going to need them to take care of this.
 
Same happened to me. Orders department tried reordering 3 different times but the order keeps falling out of the system. Was told to try again Monday.

Yep...did the store thing, did the call the number thing, even spoke to someone at the C level offices...basically told me sorry and get back in line.
 
I have been going around and around with Verizon. Ordered a iPhone 6s+ 64GB on 9/25 through our business account. First ship date was 10/14. Then the shipping date went away and said order pending. Called Verizon and they said something was wrong with my first order and they created a new order on 9/30 and said it would ship on 10/1. So now I have two orders showing. The second order had a ship date of 10/1 then went to order pending. Every time I call a Rep I get a different story. I still have to pending orders one put in on 9/25 and one put in on 9/30. I also got a text saying my 9/25 order was canceled but it still shows up under my device orders. When I goto support orders there is nothing showing there for orders. I do not show a ship date on either order now. I was wondering if anyone else has seen the following on the order status.

We are working hard to complete your order. Unfortunately, it will not be shipped as originally scheduled. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order ships, which will include a new delivery date.

Is that a correct type of ms or does that mean my order is jacked up and I will go back to the line?
Any recommendations on what I should do?

Yes. The first time it fell from the system it was because the phone number wasn't eligible.... But it wasn't my phone number. Got it straightened out, reordered over the phone, and a few hours later got a notice it was cancelled. Called and have had it reordered 2 more times over the phone... Keep getting cancellations. I told them to cancel my account since I am obviously unable to have anything ordered. Got transferred to a manager, was told they are sending a ticket to fix my issue to try again Monday. They will offer me free overnight shipping but I still won't receive it till sometime in November.

Im wondering why Verizon seems to be the only carrier who is not shipping in 5 to 7 days after ordering.

I was lurking in the Att and T-Mobile threads and they are estimating shipping in Nov but shipping within days of the order

Other carriers are shipping 6S Plus versions in 5-7 days after ordering. Hoping to see some movement for folks early this week.

Actually, this is one of the things that caused me to talk to customer service a week ago. I noticed a lot of orders made after mine were shipping and arriving already. I noticed some from Verizon were doing this too. And I mean the 6S Pluses.

Those late dates seem to be decoys.

Do we have any idea where exactly we're at at this point? I ordered my 64gb SG plus on 9/21 with an initial estimate of 10/14. That got moved to 10/12 but there hasn't been any updates since then.

No idea. I'm at 10/12 as well with the same phone. My guess is we see orders start moving this week. Mine still says order is pending with the ship by date of 10/12 and has since I ordered a few days after you.

My credit card was charged finally, originally had 10/7 delivery, but now showing 10/12. Would they really charge my card over 7 days before delivery? Or can I expect it to get here on the 7th still?

When I ordered my 6s I got the shipping notification the day after my card was charged. You should hopefully receive tracking info tomorrow.

If your in New York I ordered an extra 64gb plus space gray I'm about to send back to Verizon , figure if someone local wants it not looking for any type of profit.

I had the same problems with my pre order on the business account I am on.

Calling any rep would only lead to a confusing reply and nobody there could speak with any consistent order status.

They said my order didnt go through and they canceled it and reordered with a promise that they would restore my place in line.

I got a text with the pre order cancel confirmation, followed a few hours later by a charge to my card.

Ultimately the first pre order was shipped and arrived on launch day.
 
Wow. New VZW orders are slipping to 11/02 for more 'Plus' devices.

My original order still says 10/12, but interesting to see it slipping further out still for new orders.

I've been seeing that for a while now. The 16GB space is one of the few with 10/26 listed if ordered now.

Lucky. My preorder still slated for 11/02, if this one doesn't fall through. 4th times a charm.
 
Just wanted to chime in. Ordered 128gb SG 6s Plus on 9/25, with a shipping date of 10/12. My card was charged last night and today I saw shipping information in my account, I will have the phone on Wednesday (although strangely I haven't received an email notifying me). Looks like they are beginning to move...
