Same here. My order status went from showing delivery October 23rd to Processing and showing no date after I had a "fraud" issue because they lost my ID scan. I verified that the issue was fixed. Today I've been getting passed around, but finally had a most unhelpful agent who told me it's showing preparing to ship, which is at least more than I can see. I was really hoping I could activate and port before my next billing cycle with AT&T.
My pacific blue 256gb is now 1.5 hrs away. Should have it in hand tomorrow sometime. I can't wait. It's been 4-5 yrs since I had an iPhone.
Hadn’t had any update since the Shipped scan on 10/19 in Fresno, CA. Got a scan today that the package is in Louisville. Still on time for 10/23 delivery that will turn around and get returned on Monday at the store.
A part of me suspects the phone was never in CA and its was just Verizon’s way of making it inconvenient to cancel an order. The shipping notice was generated from their system as an order placed to be shipped when the phone arrived in Louisville later in the week.

I guess the palmetto state will just have to keep waiting.... granted I could almost punt a football into your state.
Same about the billing. right now it looks like I'll be paying both next month. and now Verizon's site is down for me.
Just got on Verizon site at midnight got a 12 pro ordered for curbside pickup tomorrow morning! Had to cancel Best Buy order tried saying 3-7 days for shipping.
I just got mine ordered for in-store pickup. No gold option at my store so I went with Graphite. Classic, so I'm not too unhappy. I just got the last Graphite too. Pacific Blue is still available though. I wonder if they will let me switch when I pick it up today.
Order on Verizon’s site now and ask for in store pickup. You’ll be able to see what they have in stock at that time.
On the Verizon app, it isn’t letting me update my line. Only lets me add a new line. Think it may still be an issue with that cancelled order.
I was hoping for that myself since my preorder got screwed with that payment issue but all of the stores near me have no 12 or 12 Pro inventory showing 😕
It made it into Charlotte this morning around 4 so if everything goes as usual it’ll be out for delivery around 8:30 or so. Now when he pulls in the driveway is anybody’s guess😜I guess the palmetto state will just have to keep waiting.... granted I could almost punt a football into your state.
My order previously said a 10/30 delivery date and it shipped today with a delivery date of Monday per UPS. I had issues placing my order on 10/16 and it didn’t go through till after 9 am. I’m happy I don’t have to wait till next Friday.
UPDATE:
Got an email around 3am today to verify my email address (weird I had to do this twice) and thought I would check my order status for movement. Looks like it shipped yesterday and won’t have to wait a week for my phones! Yet to receive any email about tracking information yet but hoping they come in today!
Oh no. I just barely got my order in on time. The graphite was out of stock after I placed my order.

That is odd. My store only had Graphite and Pacific Blue Pros available. I'm not sure about the regular 12. I didn't check those. I hope you are still able to get one. It might be worth going by the store to find out.
That's why I'm switching from AT&T... currently have one bar inside my home--and it's not even LTE

I went on the Verizon website this morning at 9:15am Eastern Time US and ordered a 12 pro 256 GB in Pacific Blue and they just emailed me to say it's ready for curbside pickup at my nearby Verizon store. Look forward to grabbing it in about 15 minutes.
