Those are the phones can be upgraded early. Max isn’t out yet so how would be eligible
 
Am I able to use one of my other lines for the upgrade? And not turn in my 11 Pro Max? I’m just curious about how activating will go once I receive the 12 Pro Max.
 
So nothing happens after the waiting room? No one has completed checkout though?
Does anyone know when you go on the app in the morning where your cart will appear? I got to the clock with waiting but assume when you open app will have to log in again
 
I went through the Verizon app on my phone. Make sure it’s the latest version.

The phone is still in my cart. All I have to do is begin the checkout when it’s officially time.

Mine has updated yet again. Now I can select options, but there’s only a timer where before I could continue to select my line and get to the waiting room. I’ve let it go for now. Verizon is clearly still getting ready for tomorrow morning.
 
Well I was inline but app reloaded and now won’t let me get back inline just shows timer. Wonder why
 
You guys are scaring me using the app. I’m definitely going to use the Apple Store app this year and maybe try Verizon’s app next year if I upgrade.

I wasn’t even looking for it. I was checking for an account update. Then I saw I was able to start an order for the 12 Pro Max and ended up in a waiting room. Verizon had me thinking I had a backup in case Apple had issues. Confirmed that I need to bypass Big Red tomorrow.
 
For some reason my iPhone which is paid halfway is now showing have to pay off the remaining balance to upgrade. It shouldn’t be like that. Been trying to chat with an agent but they never answer. Anyone having this problem

Verizon closes at 7PM or 8PM local time during the week. You won’t reach them if it’s past that time for you.

Have you tried upgrading via the website? Mine say the same thing until I login on the website and it says I need to pay $166 for my SE 2020 to be half way paid off to upgrade.

Yeah it just loads and goes back to the previous page. I’m going to try it again
 
I want to get the Pro Max 256GB. I also will change my plan, though do not need to do it at the same time.
1. is there any benefit of going through Apple vs. Verizon?
2. I have never purchased AppleCare and just looked at it and there was an option to pay for 2 years at a slight discounted rate. What happens if I get this and decide to sell the phone after a year?
