Dang... I cant believe they let them slip that far out, I know theres demand, but their launches always seem to have one color that is higher in demand than the rest of the line up.

Guess, we will just have to hold tight and hope they show up. I know I check to see if I have an email saying "A device was added to your Apple Business Account" and then see my device show up. We have other colors coming in basically overnight, so was hoping the PB would show up soon..

My Xs does too. My workplace also offered me a great deal in terms of upgrading my phone. Just wish I wasnt so attached to that Pacific Blue color! While I am excited to have the new device, I can certainly wait. Just frustrating when Verizon doesnt communicate automatically when the ship date slips.

Consistent. Got the note from Verizon saying that they have no inventory and that my PB Pro which was supposed to ship yesterday is now.....12/2.

My gold 256 Pro Max is out for delivery today! I'm still not happy with Verizon and how they cancelled my preorder placed on launch day, but I'm definitely grateful to be getting my phone today instead of on the 27th. Next year I'll be going through Apple for sure. Always fun to chat with you guys and I hope everyone that's still waiting on their phone gets it soon. See you guys next year!

The delays thicken! We havent gotten a note or anything yet, but I am sure its on the way. Curse my taste in colors this generation of devices!!

Awesome! Honestly, it doesn't feel like a new iPhone unless something goes wrong with pre-order and or setup.
 
Ordered the Pro Max (256) Silver on the 10th and it showed delivery by the 27th. Got it on Tuesday the 17th

After reading a lot of comments, I feel pretty lucky. Hope everyone gets their phones ASAP

My 256 Max Gold will be here tomorrow. It was originally scheduled for 11/27. It’s currently in Indianapolis. I took tomorrow off to get it setup.

Also at the mercy of the business order. The ETA when I ordered was 2 weeks, now it’s 12/16 (5 weeks from when I ordered). Super frustrating but in the end I’ll end up either breaking even or making a profit after selling my 11 Pro.

Otherwise I’ve seen a few pac blues (and other colors) pop up for same day or next day pick up at apple stores in the NYC area. When you model a purchase it’ll show you what’s available in different apple stores in addition to what you’re looking to purchase.

Wow that's great!! I wished Verizon would show me some love! I ordered blue Pro Max 128g on 11/10 shipping date 11/27 and no progress whatsoever indicated anywhere!
 
I’ve thought about buying straight through Apple but never have because we don’t pay full price up front for our phones, we pay for them in monthly payments. I’m lucky and got my pacific blue 12 Pro Max on launch day but feel bad for those that didn’t and wondering about going straight through Apple in the future. 🧐

It may not be next year, but I want to order through Verizon one time to see how the preorder process go for me. Besides the fact that I couldn’t get in for 10 minutes to order my device, I still got launch day delivery. It took several hours before the dates started slipping out. It was so cool to track my phone from China, all the way to the UPS CC where I picked it up early. I even bonded and made some cool friends. It was definitely a enjoyable experience.

I woke up this morning to an email that my phone was added to our Apple Business Manager account on Sunday, so fingers crossed its either here today or on route.
 
A quick update for those with later ship dates.

I ordered two Pro Max PB 128 on Nov 10th with a estimated date of Nov 27

My card was charged on Saturday, received a FedEx email with tracking yesterday. Scheduled for delivery on Wednesday the 25th.

Good luck all!

I had a Dec 11th date. FedEx delivery for tomorrow! 128gb gold Pro Max.

I’m awaiting a Pro, not Max. I haven’t seen any early shipping stories for those yet but I’m totally living vicariously through you guys. 🥲
 
Gap Issue in iPhone 12 PRO MAX. This might void your warranty so, have a look before you buy

Calling all Verizon customers! Do have a phone number I can call to get my order cancelled immediately? If so, send me a private message with the number. I have managed to locate phone I want to buy but the rep cant compete my order because my current order has not cancelled. The cancellation process has begun but it appears that the order didn't immediately cancel. The rep has to wait until it finishes processing. In the mean time, the phone could be sold to someone else!! UPDATE: I got a hold of a rep who was able to immediately cancel the order.

A rep was very helpful. She explained that my 12 Pro Max blue 128g that I ordered on 11/10 scheduled to ship on 11/27 would not be receive as scheduled. She said probably because the date for shipping for my model/color/size has now been moved to 12/18!!! She said I am ordering the most popular model/color/size and Apple cant keep up with demand. She reviewed what she she had on hand to overnight to me and I chose 12 Pro Max graphite 256g. The difference in my monthly payment was a $4 increase. She attempted to cancel my order and place a new one. However, the cancellation didn't fully process (see above) and the system wouldn't allow her to place my new order. I called another number I had for Verizon and that person put me me on hold a LONG time and came back on the line to tell me she contacted someone who was able to get the order cancelled. She then said, a blue 256g was now available. The phone is being overnighted and she is waiving the $12 overnight fee. In fact, I just received a FedEx notice that the phone is on its way. This is an end to a good day!

UPS picked up my iPhone 11 Pro Max on November 13, 2020. I got an email from Verizon on Monday 16 about shipping my trade-in I called Verizon because I had already sent it. He said the email was just a reminder and said he could see the package was in transit. The package was delivered on Wednesday. I just got another email today which states they received a device but it didn't match the one they were expecting? And thus my trade in value was adjusted to $0 accordingly.

I packed the device myself. I sent the iPhone in its original box with its original unused accessories. It was practically new. I put a picture of the device in the box with the iPhone hidden under the padded envelope along with my submission ID.

I'm on the phone with them right now. Crazy!
 
Can someone please look back at their shipment weight and tell me how much was shipping weight for your package for one 12 Pro Max? Or for two 12 Pro Maxes? Thanks!
