I don’t have the issue, but several of my contacts in cloud, didn’t carry over to the new phone. I had to go through my XS Max and add them to my 12 Pro Max.

I don’t have the issue, but several of my contacts in cloud, didn’t carry over to the new phone. I had to go through my XS Max and add them to my 12 Pro Max.
Ordered a 256GB PB 12 Pro from Verizon on 11/3, still waiting for Verizon to ship it... sigh, the wait is killing me! This phone looks gorgeous in pictures posted here!
For those who got a 5G SIM card, did you go in person to ask for one or did you have it mailed to you? I’ll be near a Verizon store today and want to get a new SIM card since I now have 5G in my area.
All of my iPhone 12 pre-orders came with a 5G SIM card pre-installed. Verizon recommended I go into a Verizon corporate store to get a replacement SIM on Saturday.
If you need a new Verizon SIM card you can:
- Order Online.
- Have the SIM card mailed to you.
- Pre-order the SIM card and pick it up at a Verizon Retail store or Authorized Retailer. Your pick up choices will only include locations where SIM card pick up is available.
- Go to a Verizon Retail store and get the SIM card that day.*
- Go to select Authorized Retailers and get the SIM card within 3 days.*
Received the shipment notification early this morning! It'll be here on Friday. I'm so glad I cancelled that 12 Pro pre-order now.
Happy to update that my verizon purchase was successful and no problems in my order and delivery 📦 experience. Due to corona virus, I didnt want to sign in front of fedex personnel so I printed the sign release form and taped it on my front door. As soon as she was leaving 10 ft away I opened the door and said thank you. Here is a link of my unboxing video and accessories
. Did u guys purchased the magsafe charger? I felt like its not giving enough charging on my phone compared to charging it through the cable. Love the pics posted here!!! Enjoying my phone so far!!! Not to big on my lil girly hands 😉
Ordered the same phone on Oct 29th with an est ship date of today (18th). “Still preparing order” status as of now. No sign of shipment on UPS via reference number/tracking or FedEx.
I went in person a few hours ago and had it switched out.

Yep. Mines a business order which will be overnighted but communication on business accounts is pretty bad.
I agree!! Business order doesn't appear in online account and is not available on Verizon's "check order status" page either. I only know my business order is supposed to ship 11/27. I called business sales and they checked to see if any phones I needed were available at local store. None were and rep said nothing about I cant pick up at local store. So guess I had a business rep who didn't know.
Yep. Mine is still stuck in pending. I'm half expecting FedEx to show up here tomorrow as Verizons systems are not accurate.
Just did a chat inquiring about my order and they now have a ship date of December 2...2 more weeks. Apparently they still can’t fulfill the backorders for Pac blue. Silver is available nearby tho...wonder if I can get that instead

This is crazy that many people still haven’t received a device and ordered on preorder day. It almost makes me wonder what’s the point of ordering through Verizon when I can order the same phone and receive it on launch day? I know ordering through Verizon you can use your device points and earn more for trade in then through Apple.
Yep, $450 for my 8+ and $100 device dollars is virtually half off of the 12 pro...I can wait...

My X works fine. The good thing about business phones is that you can get a great deal. My company was offering a great deal on the 12. So much so that I jumped on it
