Anyone getting tracking numbers assigned to the 1TB devices?

I was on the VZW website at 8:00AM EST. I litterally sat on the site till the pre-order countdown timer hit 0 seconds. I noticed the pre-order estimate date I got was 10/1 for a Pro Max 1TB in Graphite. Just curious if anyone got 9/24 for the 1TBs?

Ordered 2 other 512 Pro Max later that day and they have estimated delivery on 9/24.

Ordered 2 other 512 Pro Max later that day and they have estimated delivery on 9/24.
I ordered a 13 Pro 1TB in silver right at 8am ET and it shows an estimated delivery date of Sept 24th. But it hasn’t updated past “We’re preparing your order”
 
I got my shipping info yesterday, I ordered 5 AM on Friday. Mine is shipping from Fresno, California. I wonder if I'll get an early delivery.

I got the exact same 1tb configuration and got a 10/1 shipping date, and ordered right away like you. I hope it changes, would really stink ordering it so early after the drop to not get it release day. Can’t imagine the demand to be that strong.
 
I have similar issue as you. In the order confirmation email I received shortly after placing the order, my shipping address is correct, "1234 XYZ Dr". But on the order status page it misspells my address as "1234 XYZ R". How this can ever happen is beyond me. I wonder wether this is the reason why I didn't get tracking in UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager.

This is ironic. I saw the same "R" on my shipping address for Verizon order page. I didn't think anything of it. UPS has the correct delivery address for the shipment since it's already in my upcoming deliveries.
I have the same issue here. I ordered 2 phones. In my confirmation emails, my address is correct for both, but in my order status on Verizon’s website and app, the address is incorrect for one of phones but not the other, also with the random R.

i still have a 9/24/2021 date on my 1tb sierra blue pro max, no tracking yet

Did you call/chat with a verizon rep. to see what the actual address on the order is? I am not sure if this is just a display error or the address is in fact incorrect.
 
Just curious if anyone with tracking info & UPS my choice can see their unit/apt numbers in their ship to address within the UPS app/site.

I haven’t called or chatted yet. That phone hasn’t shipped, just “Estimated to deliver on Sept 24” so I’m waiting. However, my other phone with the correct address listed does have a tracking number already whereas the one with the wrong address doesn’t. I’m assuming it’s a display error but who knows.
 
My address shows as "1234 XYZ R," too," dunno know why.

And, though I ordered early afternoon on the 17th, my order is still processing and according to the Verizon site, hasn't moved an inch. Is this usual with Verizon iPhone orders? Usually, I order direct from APPLE.

I noticed earlier 1 of 2 of my orders had the R after the street name. I thought I did a typo and contacted Verizon on CHAT. They didn't say anything other than verify my address and confirm it would be corrected.

Now that I look at this thread, I see something fishy is up.

The order that had the correct address received shipping notification and my card was charged (iPhone blue Pro 128). The other has 0 updates.
 
I ordered a gold pro max, 1tb. No tracking info yet through Verizon, but if I sign into UPS it says I have one item with a tracking number, but when I click it, says no info available yet...

Also, my address is a Drive, but it has my house number and road name then a R. I called today and they had it right in the system.

That’s what I thought but immediately remembered I had to deal with that wrong address twice already and it was a pain. Now, with the correct address showing up on my order, I am eager to see what happens when it’s shipped.

Hopefully, your case turns out different but when my order shipped with that wrong address in the order details page… FedEx would not hand it over. Had to deal with both FedEx and Verizon to eventually pick up the package. Twice or thrice now.

Maybe something wrong somewhere and maybe they can look into it when customers bring it to their attention.
 
For those of you with something off on your shipping address, I can assure you there’s nothing more annoying that waking up to a “delivery attempted” notification and then having to deal with all the “we’re sorry but only the shipper can make changes to this order”

If you currently have any mistake on your shipping address, check the address again when the order ships and if the error is still reflected on the tracking site, get a hold of Verizon and try to have them update the address or hold the phone for pickup if updating the address would cause a significant delay.

This time I caught the error after dealing with it 2-3 times the last couple years. Made and canceled 3 orders last week because the error kept appearing after my order was placed through the website. Only time it got it correctly was when the agent did the order over the phone. This might just be an error somewhere in their system.

If you encounter this issue, make sure to let them know they somehow messed up the address when shipping and hopefully they can locate and rectify whatever is causing this.
 
Just some anecdotal data for those worried about address issues. I’m also seeing my address 1 cutoff in the app/site, though correct in the confirmation email.

I contacted Verizon through chat & phone. Both assured/verified with me that the shipping address is the same as what is on file for the account/placed at time of order.

Also if you are using UPS my choice, you should get an email sometime this week. It usually ends up being the day before and it will show the full address to be delivered to.
