Carrier Verizon iPhone 13/Mini/Pro/Pro Max Pre-Order & Delivery Thread

Okay now my Wife’s iPhone 13 128gb Pink just shipped via Fed ex from Indianapolis. This is the same order with with the address street name “R” issue. Looks like VZ shipped it with the correct address based on the email I got thankfully.

Both phones I ordered, scheduled for delivery Friday

Ordered a Pro Max 256G Sierra Blue from Verizon Business at 9am on the 17th, none of the order numbers would bring up a status.

Received shipping email this morning with UPS. I'm in CA and it's shipping from PA like usual.

Ive gathered data from various subreddits and Apple / iPhone related forums. The overall consensus I’ve gathered is that 13 Pro Max phones more than likely will not ship until tomorrow at the latest.

Mine isn't Max, just regular Pro... I've seen multiple data points of tracking available which makes me increasingly worried.

You have all week. Verizon will next day ship. It’s common to see this from them.

I haven’t received my tracking yet either. Ordered a few hours after preorder opened. Regular Pro 256 blue. It still says estimated delivery on the 24th though. Nothing in the UPS or FedEx apps either. Hopefully tracking shows up tomorrow.

I also have the weird address display with the R. I did contact a rep who thought it was just a display issue and was seeing my correct full address with apt # on the order.

I ordered from Verizon. I just received an email stating that my package will be here tomorrow. I’m sure Verizon will have the phone stay at the UPS facility, but there are reports every year of a phone slipping through the cracks and being delivered early. I ordered a Sierra Blue Pro Max 256GB.

Same for me. Scheduled delivery for tomorrow and it is moving through the country as well speak. Sierra Blue Pro Max 128GB

We know Verizon's system are not actively sending out tracking info even after the items shipped. However we are talking about UPS My Choice here. If the phone had shipped we should have already seen them on ups.com. At this point if still no tracking, the chance that delivery date will slip is pretty high.

If the phone had shipped we should have already seen them on ups.com. At this point if still no tracking, the chance that delivery date will slip is pretty high.

Yes I know FedEx also have similar service as UPS My Choice. If neither UPS nor FedEx shows tracking number at this point, I would say the chance of getting the phone this Friday is pretty slim.

My 1TB 13 PM has not moved at all either. I ordered as soon as it was available. Every year for the past 5-6 years mine has always shipped the weekend before. There’s no way the demand was this high. I guess we shall see.

I got tracking from Verizon both phones shipped. The weird part is one is coming from Fedex and the other is coming via UPS.

Indeed! We have to take into consideration, the heavy toll global logistics has taken due to covid-19, on top of the Chinese Moon Festival that was this week, which ends today. Tracking numbers will update soon.

Mine did that Saturday and I woke up on Sunday with my tracking number.

Also side note, the link you provided isn’t a good enough example / sufficient enough evidence to discern a high chance of a delivery date slip. You have virtually no proof, even taking consideration of the historical data, that there will be a date slip.

>90% a delay. I am in the same boat. Used to have a 9/24 delivery date and just now changed to "will be updated soon". I think they ran out of their stock and it is still unknown when they can restock. Hopefully this doesn't mean months of waiting

I ordered two 13 Pro Max Sierra Blue on 18th, one is 128gb and ordered offline and showed shipping this morning by UPS (to the Verizon store), another 512gb one when I ordered it showed delivery on 10/1, and currently has no updates whatsoever. The 128gb one shows expected delivery on Friday and is shipping from PA this morning, got a origin scan at 8 AM.

I would argue that it is significantly lower than 90%. Looking through the thread so far (and from my own experience), people's orders move to shipped shortly after they switch to a "will be updated soon" date.
