I have a tracking number in UPS for the past day that says no info yet, so I am wondering if that is it.
friendly reminder. Don’t freak out if you haven’t gotten shipping/tracking info yet. Like I said the other day I always order from Verizon and sometimes don’t have shipping or tracking info till mid/end of the week and always got it on release day. Go about ur normal day and not refreshing email for info every 15 min. Remember they got to ship a tons of phones before Friday release.
I wouldn’t worry. I ordered late Friday for 128gb pro max blue and got tracking info last night. Now sitting in Fresno California even though I’m in Connecticut. Will be here Friday.

Verizon ships these all next day air to make sure you get it launch day. If it said 24th I’m sure it will be the 24th. Even if it doesn’t show up in UPS my choice they still have until Thursday night to get it on a plane to your destination.

i would take this with a grain of salt, they are just telling you based off expected date to arrive and 2 day shipping, so of course it would ship out the 22nd, but either way you will get your device on friday
I think that status doesn’t tell us much, if at all. Here is my other phone ordered Sep. 21 (today) whose original estimated delivery date is 10/1. It says it is expected to ship on 9/21.

I ordered Friday afternoon (like 3PM or so MST) and I have a October 1st date for delivery. All devices and options were that way. Ordered a 256GB Gold 13 Pro Max to upgrade my fiancée’s line.
Did you have the same date originally? Or the 24th?
I honestly forgot that I even pre-ordered the 13 Pro Max lol. A friend reminded me that I ordered it while we were drinking wine..... so of course, I pre-ordered late lol. Anyway, no movement and an October 1 estimated delivery date. I'm just here cuz this is basically an annual ritual to watch the forums lol

Maybe. Though the chat didn’t have that status yesterday when I had an expected delivery date of the 24th. It changed after the expected delivery date changed from the 24th to “Delivery date will be updated soon”
Can you go through the steps to fix it? I can't.
I can only step through part way on the computer, the app won't let me input the order number.
Oh boy, trip to Verizon tomorrow if it doesn't fix itself overnight!

I ordered 4 phones, when they all said 9/24 delivery. But it turned out one ended up 10/1 delivery somehow (512Gb Sierra Blue Pro). All of the other 3 now say “Delivery date will be updated soon.”
Any chance the 10/1 one will actually show up on Friday? Or is it worth cancelling it and just going to the store for a walk-in on Friday? (If the other 3 ship and this one doesn’t, of course).
I usually order from Apple, but Verizon was offering $1,000 trade-ins when Apple was only saying $640 and $800. Of course they changed it to $1,000 later, after I already ordered from Verizon 🙄 what a mess.

I saw this on my UPS app. A package from Fresno, CA. Pretty sure it is the trade-in box because it is only 0.3lb. My phone still hasn’t shipped yet. Another strange thing is that this package is "signature required". Why they want a signature just for the box?

Verizon rep said expected ship date 24th I hope that means it’s still good for Friday
I placed that order today. There is zero chance that it ships out the same day. As of 9/21, no color is in stock.
