Same info as you through the chat. Although 2 day FedEx won’t deliver Friday if shipped tomorrow.
It will probably be Fedex Standard Overnight if shipped tomorrow as expected.

it is not unusual for Verizon to ship overnight even if you have 2 day shipping selected.
Same with ordering from at&t from my experience.
I guess tomorrow we will see for sure when the label gets created if it does as expected.

Ordered on the 20th, 5:20PM Eastern. Still in "ordered" status and tracking number "Will be updated soon". Delivery date "on Oct 1"....
You have to send it back. I asked last time I upgraded.
In case this helps anyone, I've been checking my order status on the My Verizon app (and online) and 'Shipment Method' and 'Tracking number' still say 'Will be updated soon'. I happened to log on to my FedEx account and lo and behold I see that a label has been created from Verizon Wireless Shipping (out of Indianapolis) with ship date of 9/23 via Standard Overnight service. (iPhone 13 Pro 1TB Sierra Blue)
ikr I keep steady checking my order for a change hopefully after all the release date phones get shipped maybe we will get ours Monday lol

I just checked my FedEx account, and same thing - a label has been created from Verizon. It's showing as standard overnight arriving by 9/24 at 8 PM.
I hadn't gotten a FedEx notification or anything from Verizon (mine was still showing tracking coming soon) - so it was nice to see. Check yours if you haven't already!
I re-ordered on the 18th and have a 10/1 date. Is it normal to not have a order confirmation yet? I got an order confirmation almost immediately after my original order.

Add me to the list of victims where Verizon randomly added an R to the address and the package was returned by shipper. My charger was returned by the FedEx hub because the address didn’t exist. Gave up and ordered a charger for pickup at Walmart. 🤦♀️

Having the same problem with the R in the address. I even reached out to Verizon to confirm everything was OK and they said my full address was correct… They were wrong…
My trade-in kit was sent via FedEx. My address on the box did not include my apartment number. It made it but someone had written the unit number on the box. At least fedex figured it out. It did come late according to the delivery estimate.
My phone is coming UPS so we’ll see if it makes it Friday or not. The address is also wrong in the ups tracking details and doesn’t include my apt number. I have ups my choice so hopefully they can figure it out from there. 🤞
