Ordered 2 Pros on 9/24 and I am afraid about when I will be getting them after seeing all these delays
 
Yeap it was a phone rep, we went to the local corporate Verizon store on Sunday and they said the same thing. I explained that isn’t possible we still owe money on them. He had no answers either, but told us if we don’t get the return info by Saturday to come back in. I’m getting a packing from ups today from Verizon, so I’m hoping that is the return stuff.
Even then I would take that stuff to the store to show it's a return for sure and ask to do the return there. I'm not sure how I feel about doing returns via mail.

I have the XS Max and I was ready to upgrade. It's the notch that keeps me from making a purchase. I know that next year, Apple will have to address this (well maybe not!). I know Apple allows for an annual upgrade - Does Verizon have an annual upgrade program! Thanks!
Yes they do.. upgrade every year :) but they giving out 800 credit on trade in

I am bringing my trade-in to the store. I want a receipt showing I handed it over to Verizon. With the way shipping has been these days.....
 
This past Saturday, I went to my local verizon corporate store and placed an order for the 1tb Sierra Blue 13 pro max. I was given the expected ship date of October 15th. I won't be charged the taxes and fees until it ships. They said that as soon as I see the charges hit my card, I should call verizon customer support and get the tracking number. I wished that I could have set delivery to that store and just pick it up whenever they received it, but they were't allowing that. They gave me the return box and printed label for my Galaxy note 10+ trade-in, and they said I could also use the delivery box in which the iphone will be delivered to send the trade in to them.

I can't believe how different it is store to store. I also did my original pre-order at a corporate store and the tax came up as being due on the spot (which Verizon then rejected as they packed the phone, which is a whole other story). I am still dealing with that mess, but as of yesterday I at least have a functioning (new) phone.
 
Ups lost both my phones, apple shows a reship of 10/28-11/4 Verizon shows 10/14. Thinking I should cancel the apple order and give Verizon a go, but after reading all this I think I’ll just wait on Allen hey good news my trade in boxes arrived today so that’s cool, they can taunt me for a month.
 
I don’t understand what’s going on my phone hasn’t moved from Oakland California since 5:18am this morning $ it’s 4:20pm here scheduled delivery is tomorrow I sure hope tomorrow is the day but it’s really starting to worry me
 
I ordered the Pro Max in Sierra Blue on 9/20 with a ship date of 10/1. The only update was when it switched to “will ship soon”. I spoke to someone on chat today because the auth to my card is still showing pending and he is now saying there’s a delay on this phone and it won’t even be shipped by 10/1 and he cannot give me a timeframe. He said it’s a “priority” but I’m beyond annoyed that there have been no updates saying there was any type of delay.
 
My fiancée’s 13 Pro Max was delivered did the transfer but damn it took forever for Verizon to activate data and move the number from one SIM card to another (she was coming from an 11 Pro Max)
 
My 13 was sitting at my front door when I got home. UPS delivered earlier than usual. I thought a signature was needed for delivery.
 
Just spoke with Verizon and they are telling me that my order is delayed for unknown reasons. The representative said it will hopefully ship soon. :mad:
Was promised a September 24th delivery. Based on tracking, should hopefully be here tomorrow (Sept. 29th). I expected better...
 
My 10/1 order just went from 10/1 to “delivery date will be updated soon.” Can’t tell if it’s good news or bad news.
 
Verizon strikes again, got my monthly bill and they charged me for my payoff amount on my old phone. I already paid it with a CC when I pre-ordered. Guess who gets to sit on the phone with them today.

Same thing happened to me, when I contacted Verizon on the phone they were perplexed on how it happened. They sorted things out fairly quickly though. Also had an address issue this year which completely removed my apartment number, which seems to have happened to a few others here.

Pretty disappointing to be honest, not sure what happened this year. I went through the same exact process last year with no issues at all. Thinking about using Apple next year for the whole process...
 
Ordered 9/20 and my account shows a delivery date of 10/1, but I haven’t received any shipping notification yet.
 
Finally got mine! Because verizon dropped my apt number, it ultimately got held at my local ups hub. The tracking number never updated to reflect that so it sat in limbo for a few days but a UPS rep was able to locate it and i just picked it up. Yeah! :)
