Ordered a 256gb Sierra Blue Pro!

Went fairly smooth but did anyone try using the app? I thought it was painstakingly slow and I wasn't able to select the correct config. Usually that's the way to go for me. Also ended up using Safari on my Mac because Chrome kept crashing with Verizon's site...
The website was terribly slow for me so I jumped on the app. The phone pages loaded so slowly in the couple of minutes leading up to 8, but things went quick once the preorder button popped up.

Sierra blue Max 256GB for me too! I couldn't do the $1000 trade in as required me to switch my plan but the plan I am in is much cheaper. Better off selling phones second hand. Smooth process on the VZW Website.

I annual upgrade through Verizon for both my wife and my iPhone for at least 6+ years now.

problem: I ordered 13 Pro 256mb models ($1099 about $45 a month for 24 months) but the orders went through and they show the phone as $1199 and $49 a month on the pdf bill they emailed me with the completed order.

I’m on hold (forever) with them now but what am I missing? Where did this $1199 price come from (nowhere is this model phone sold for anything other than $1099 and right Verizon’s own website still shows $1099/$45ish)? Is there some baked in fee I missed or this a mistake. Hate to over pay by $100 over the next year before my next upgrade…

thanks

Anyone else pay a down payment on the phone? Ordered At 5:01 and was charged $128 down payment, but pretty sure I wasn’t supposed to..?

I know in MA we have to pay the sales tax for the full price of the phone upfront. I ended up paying around $100 today for the tax and silly activation fee. It should break down what you paid today in the PDF receipt they send.

And same issue as mine… why is your phone $1199… that’s the 256 13 Pro right? When you go through the ordering process the price is right at $1099 but then when you get this receipt it jumps to $1199?

Pre-ordered an iPhone 13 Pro through Verizon. I am trading in my 128GB iPhone XR to get a total of $800 in monthly credits over 24 months. On apple.com I can only choose the 30-month payment plan. Finger-crossed to have it delivered on next Friday.
Wow, you are lucky you got the 24 month option. I tried on the verizon site and I could only get 24 months on the standard iPhone 13. Just tried it again and if I chose the 13 Pro I only get 30 months. I know I will be trading in my phone in 2 years so I don’t want to lose out on 6 months of trade in dollars…

nope, looking at the two orders... each are for the 24 month payment option on the iPhone 13 Pro 256 mb. It lists it in the fine print of the receipt as $1199. when I went through the two ordering processes on the website of course it listed the price as $1099.

I was able to pick the 24 month option for my 13 pro order. I used the Verizon app by the way.

Got my order in. Was pretty nervous about ordering through Verizon but it was pretty easy.

Went with the Sierra Blue 256GB iPhone 13 Pro. First time getting a different color than Silver. No hiccups, site was a breeze!

Preordered a Max Pro 512 graphite and Max 256 Blue through the app, super easy and fast. Was pleasantly surprised with the $1000 credit over 24 months where everything I read before today was only $800! Both scheduled for delivery on 9/24.

Was able to place one of my preorders through Verizon, but still haven’t received the email confirmation 30 mins later. I do have the order number by screenshot.

Got my 128GB Graphite Pro with delivery next Friday! Used the Verizon website on Chrome, no issues this morning. Only issue is that I wish I could have changed the shipping address - I'm working from home next Friday but I have to step out for an hour mid-morning. I guess I will leave a note on my door. Unless they don't require a signature right now with COVID?

Anyone else have an issue trying to order a second phone? I was able to upgrade my line earlier this am, and I'm trying to upgrade my wife's line - I get stuck on please call us credit application screen. I call and all the rep says is that they won't allow me to move forward and won't even tell me why. Edit: I'm the account holder
