It ended up being a couple of dollars more for us, but it was such a small increase that it was worth it.
After buying and trading in phones through Verizon and having issues with them in the past, I decided to buy and trade with Apple. The Apple Store app was would not load with the pre-order time started. I checked the Verizon app, and it was running very slow. I did forget to see how many device dollars I have, but will try to use those towards an accessory or something.

also, if I’m on the Verizon upgrade program, do I clock trade my item in and I get the 1,000 credit? Am I reading this correctly you get a 1k credit for trading your phone back in as part of the upgrade program…?

Of course the unlimited plan I'm on isn't eligible. Was looking forward to upgrading my spouse's 3 year old pixel to the 13 for free, but alas, my plan is only eligible for $400 instead of $800
Can you use the device dollars towards a bill or does it have to be an actual device?
I have Verizon dollars but not sure about device dollars.
Ya so I am on the "New Verizon Plan Unlimited" and would have to change my family plan increasing my bill by $50 more just to be able to get the promos. Any tips/tricks what I could do? Seems like a family plan of 5 has no chance.
I think the device dollars have to be used to purchase something physical. If you have the Verizon - Visa credit card, you can then earn points/dollars off your bill.
It only asked me to upgrade the unlimited plan on the line that I was upgrading. Moved from Start to Play More Unlimited on my line since I am getting the new phone. Rest of my family plan members staying on the Start Unlimited plan. But I just moved to unlimited plans last year so I may have been on a newer version that what you currently have.
Since I am going to be a new Verizon customer with my iPhone pre-orders, will they ship physical SIMs or does Verizon go straight to eSIM?

I use that option when they offer it. I was able to use it last year for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, but was not given the option today. It could potentially work better, as you don't have to worry about the charge being denied for some reason. It shouldn't cause any delays

The way it’s worked in the past, for your situation, is a day or two before the phone ships you’ll get a notification or email saying, pay the tax and activation fee via Credit card. Make sure you pay it promptly or else you won’t get the phone. There will be a link provided to pay.
The few times I have done "bill to account," that did not happen to me. They added the amount to my next monthly Verizon bill. I did this last year for my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Looks like the 13 Pro Max Sierra Blue 1TB is already being back ordered for a week, Deliver date is now October 1st, glad I got mine out of the way
Canceled my Apple order and went through Verizon, they had nice deals today. Trading in my wife's ip11 got me $1000, basically her new ip13 pro is free. Traded in an old xs I had laying around, $800 so I got my pro max for $300.
Anyone know when these deliver by? The website says "delivers BY 9/24" but the rep insisted that's when they ship out, and I wouldn't get them until 9/28 at the earliest.

Anyone know what the deal is with the Do More/Get More plans and the 50% discount off connected devices? I thought that would give you 50% off any connected device even if you had multiple ones (fine print says up to $15 value so I take that to mean up to 3 devices with $5 discount each per unlimited line). My rep insisted that you only get 50% off 1 device per line, so if I had 2 lines with the 50% off, but had 2 watches and 1 iPad I would have to open a 3rd line to get 50% discount off the 3rd device.

When my husband and I ordered our XS and XS Max through Verizon years ago, they were delivered on the day they were released. So you should get it by 9/24. I'm already seeing in my orders that it says deliver by 9/24.
It'll be 9/24. Their wording/system is can be confusing, but the date given is when you should have it, barring any issues.

Although, 2 hours before I had submitted an order for an iPhone 13 pro blue 128gb that had delivery date for next friday. Unfortunately I had to cancel it because the Contract length was wrong. I wanted 24 and got 30 months instead.
Hopefully I get it on time, but if not it’s fine. Rather wait a bit then be in a contract that is 30months.

Nearly the same thing happened to me. The phone for my wife went through as 30 months and I had to call to cancel, then call again to reorder since the website stopped me with a "pending upgrade" error. Her order still doesn't have a date just says "Delivery date will be updated soon". Though even buying now (128 Pro Blue) is still showing 9/24, so I'm not too worried for her.
