Every other year fedex delivers my phone and they do indirect signature, just left a note on the door. This year it’s ups. Found out they won’t take a note and left notice they will try again Monday. First time in 20 years I haven’t got my phone on opening day.

I put a UPS authorization form on my door and they left the package where I instructed them too. You have to use their specific form though, don’t think they’ll take any other kind of note. It’s also up to the driver’s discretion if they will leave it even if you give authorization to do so.

I’ve been watching my tracking all day and it never updated from preparing for delivery at 4:43a. The one day I couldn’t get off work early, UPS attempted delivery at 4:09p and I get off at 4:30p 😪 Now I’m stuck inside tomorrow for delivery between 2:00p-6:00p. However, they may still deliver anytime. My first time missing my pre-order delivery. 😫 I want my purple phone 💜😭

I also had an Amazon package that was supposed to be delivered and they kept that too 😭
I’ve finally got my PM up and running. I didn’t realize I needed to have my jailbroken 12PM on iOS 16 to transfer to the new phone. I went to Verizon and for 2 hours they tried but didn’t get anywhere. I ended up calling a technician at home and within 30 minutes she had my PM fully activated.

STILL, waiting. Called UPS 3 times, each time they said "someone will call you within an hour".

Got my my new 14 Pro Max 1TB SB delivered today from UPS at 12:20pm EST. I’m finally just getting it set up now lol, been busy, took the day off to work on my garage and be home for the delivery 🤣. Next week will be the new AW Ultra! Fun times my friends! Hope everyone has their delivery today, if not asap!

Ups told me on the phone today that Verizon put so many restrictions on the delivery that I couldn’t pick it up at a hub. I wanted to pick it up at a hub Monday morning because I was supposed to get it today but they sorted my package wrong and it went to New Hampshire. So now I have to wait till Monday. They told me I could t pick up at a hub. Gonna have to try the hub wary Monday morning to see what they say.It’s finally here!!! I picked it up from the UPS hub. The deep purple is definitely a dark purple. The camera lens look so much bigger than the lenses on my 12 Pro Max.

So I can go online and request to pick up at local hub. I’m asking because I have to do that. My pro max was supposed to be here today but they made a mistake and sent my phone to New Hampshire. I’m in Texas. I was livid. So now they’re saying I have to wait till Monday. I’m leaving to South Padre on Konday and was supposed to leave by 10 am. It says delivery by 7. I can’t wait all day. So I would really like to pick it up early. UPS supervisor also said I couldn’t pick it up at a hub because Verizon put restrictions on that. That it had to be direct delivery. I hope I can pick up at hub
I’ve never heard of Verizon putting restrictions on their deliveries. It wouldn’t hurt to submit a pickup at the hub. You definitely want to pick it up before they send it back.
Yes you can. It’s how I submit my requests to have a package held for pickup.

Yeah it doesn’t show an option on the ups my choice. It just shows leave to neighbor. I even talked to the supervisor on the phone when I talked to ups. Do I have to subscribe to ups premium. I am gonna wait for it on Monday when they come. Hopefully they come early. Im gonna try to call the hub and see if I can pick it up there
I’ve always picked up at a UPS customer center, every year and i’ve used both Apple and Verizon for preorders. No premium UPS subscription needed and i haven’t had to pay anything.
UPS dropped my 14P off at our Shipping and Reveiving around 11 Pacific, they signed for it. I went down and picked it up 1/2 hour later or so. No huhu.

My friend is security/loss prevention for UPS and she said that Apple fines them $500 for every phone that is dropped off without a signature or signed UPS door tag. Obviously it has to be proven but the phone releases are a huge headache for them. They even catch employees stealing phones and other electronics regularly.
Are you looking at the app or the website? I was only given the option to leave with a neighbor on the website but had the option to hold at the hub for $7 on the app.
That was my night last night, as well. I ended up giving up.
My current issue is my phone number won't fully transfer over to verizon from google fi. Didn't have this much of an issue moving my number from AT&T to Google Fi, now I just can't get it OFF of Fi

256gb Silver Pro Max with original ship date of 9/23..... just got Fedex tracking number through Verizon with a delivery date of Tues 9/20.
STILL no iPhone for me. UPS tracking currently says back out for delivery. I've been sitting by the window all morning waiting for them.

Mine is out for delivery too. I can see where the truck is on the live feed on UPS My Choice. I think there are 4 more neighborhoods between where the truck is and where I am.
